Fact is, what’s done is done, build a path to move forward.

  1. Prisons aren’t equipped to be old age homes….he ll be released on compassionate grounds so he can be place in a proper long term care facility

  2. It’s so sad to hear that ‘the victim is deceased’. 😞 I’m from northern Saskatchewan and I’ve heard horror stories of my mothers friends dying from starvation and running away only to find out her friends didn’t make it, finding their frozen bodies a day later. Not to mention the suicides from self inflicted injuries… these we’re children! it’s absolutely sick this is a part of the land I walk apon. That THIS COULD HAVE HAPPENED TO ME if I was born not 10 years earlier. 😔 rest is peace everyone, we will get you justice

  4. so basically a slap on the hand and justice is supposed to be served. that is what the victims got after lifelong trauma and suffering as an answer….re-victimized once again.

  15. How on earth will there be sufficient evidence to prove this charge beyond a reasonable doubt 50 years after the fact?
