  1. John you had a chance to speak out in the first impeachment. You refused! So you may think you have no hand in all this, but you do.

    1. @Jarl S so what I read basically is why they say electing Presidents matter, when you have a strong strong leader like Biden we see how the outcomes will be, a demise some would say. When you have a strong leader that talks like the everyday New Yorker that he really is, we worry nothing of the such. See I’m from Venezuela originally I know a little tiny bit about inflation, just a little. It’s unfortunate that Americans couldn’t learn from our mistakes because of words that sounded great from a man that reads the punctuation on a teleprompter, but the previous guy was too much for gentle ears yet had America as a whole on the right track for Americans to regain superiority as a nation. However people listened to his sarcasm and rhetoric and thought we were in danger, lives would come to a halt because of comments on rally’s and extremists. Dammit, we shouldnt have been fooled to drink the kool aid so easily, what made us so dumb to take the bait…CNN could you help us figure this out by chance? Smdh

    2. @Tommy Diaz As a Venezuelan you should know that cheap gasoline is not the same as “inflation has been fixed”….

  2. Just get trump in court to plea the 5th over & over. It’s so good how trump can’t shut his mouth in public but put him in a courtroom & he’s silent. Guilty.

    1. In a civil case – yes, the Judge will instruct the jury to regard each plea of the fifth as weighing against the defendant. It’s different in a criminal case – which this would be.

    2. @Gr3nadgr3gory Keep in mind he plead the 5th in CIVIL court. (not criminal court)
A jury in a civil court can 100% weigh someone refusing to answer a question as being dishonest. (there are different rules in civil vs criminal court)
Also: he himself stated numerous times that pleading the 5th is what guilty people do.

    1. @Harold The definition of insanity is saying “Trump is going to jail this time!” over and over, then expecting different results.

  3. Complete fiction is a national security advisor who failed to recognize the threat while it was happening before his eyes.

  4. Trump didn’t D classify anything. DOJ please don’t let yourselves get intimidated by Trump’s supporters, criminally indict him asap. The American democracy 100% depends on it

    1. How do you know? If anyone knows if something is declassified, I would think that the person doing the declassification would know that they did it. Duh.

  5. Wasn’t Bolton his security advisor? Then why didn’t he do anything with Trump was keeping documents

    1. Maybe, Bolton already was gone. Trump fired him in Sept, 2019, over a year before Trump left office…..

  6. “I’m going to enforce all laws concerning the protection of classified information. No one will be above the law.”
–Trump August 16, 2016, West Bend WI.

Well that statement aged like a banana. 🤣

    1. @Mark The FOIA request will be denied until they complete their investigation. It’s still an ongoing investigation.

    2. @Bruce Donald Lol, the status of the affidavit goes before a judge on Thursday. But, hey, you probably think it’s okay that the FBI ignored THEIR OWN protocols with their raid!

  7. Trump declassifies a room just by walking into it. “No one declassifies a room like I do, I declassify in the likes of which no one has ever declassified before. I have big beautiful and tremendous declassification skills”. ~ Trump

  8. We really need to do something about politicians making claims without basic evidence. They are public servants they need to serve the public in all of their professional capacities. There needs to be significant legal and substantial financial ramifications for making a claim without evidence. That would put a huge dampener on conspiracy theories, misinformation, and disinformation in our politics.

    1. @andrew taylor Perhaps something embarrassing the French would prefer Sub Rosa? Former French colonies have no shortage of motives for revenge/justice.

  9. Wow! At what point do Republicans realize that supporting the former President is anti-American and what America 🇺🇸 stands for? These are scary times for the security of our country

    1. @Diego motta you must be joking…
      How old are you???
Look up Cognitive Dissonance, then look up information from site’s who haven’t lied to you for 6+ years..
      Dunce

  10. Anyone claiming there was a “Standing Order” of DECLASSIFICATION, have them declare that lie “under oath” and when they lie, put them in prison.

  11. Bolton? Really?

It’s like asking Hitler to talk about what a terrible person Stalin was

That being said, if I was part of the former failed businessman turned president’s inner circle I’d probably be running around trying to distance myself from him as much as possible as well

    1. Yeah but that is irrelevant. Bolton was there, he was National Security Advisor, so was I a position to know, and can testify that Trump is lying (as usual). He said this on Fox and was shouted down, at least he is telling the truth unlike most GOP

  12. It’s highly concerning to think that a president would include classified information in his memoirs in the first one place.

  13. Classification isn’t an element of any of the statutes in question. Declassification, which almost certainly never occurred, won’t be a defense at trial.

    1. It amazes me how many people are too lazy to look up the document filed on January 19, 2021, of Trump declassifying information.

    2. @jim I expect that to be entirely conditional on the document contents, and any actions he taken with them.

    1. @J Thomas Here are some of the roles this “paid opinionist” held while serving in the U.S. government. Each position was served under presidents Reagan, Bush or Trump. As you probably know, none of these administrations were known for liberal ideologies:

      • United States National Security Advisor
      • United States Ambassador to the UN
      • 3rd Under Secretary of State for Arms Control and International Security Affairs
      • Assistant Secretary of State for International Organization Affairs
      • United States Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Division
      • United States Assistant Attorney General for the Office of Legislative Affairs
      • Assistant Administrator of USAID for Program and Policy Coordination

Given that Bolton’s voice is one of a growing list of staunch conservatives’ that have either testified against or publicly contradicted Donald Trump, what do you think is more likely? They’re ALL lying or Donald Trump is?

      Think about it.

  14. I haven’t seen Don Jr this quiet since his 8th grade teacher asked him what 2+2 equaled…. Maybe he’s the leaker?

    1. The answer to “2+2” hasn’t changed. Your 3rd grade teacher isn’t happy about you saying “equaled.”

    2. @Apple Tree Her death came and went pretty quick. “Blunt Force Trauma”. She must not have been a team player.

    3. Perhaps. They also hope – the entire rotten brood – that by remaining quite, we will forget about them. Not happening. 🙂
