The government can produce a list of small business and corporations inviting volunteers. We are finding, because Covid 19 limits the number of consumers in a business including number of staff at any one time businesses prefer to maximize the number of consumers and therefore not considering volunteers eg Salvation Army has discontinued it volunteer program all together for the forseeable future, St Paul on the Hill FOOD BANK is not accepting volunteers, Allan Independent Grocer is not accepting volunteer, Greenwood Nursery is not accepting volunteers, etc. WHO IS? Government can post a list so students can apply for consideration to those looking for volunteers.
