  1. I didn’t need Joe to remind me to leave facebook. I did so immediately after the “Stop the Steal” crap started getting traction. It was then that I knew it was time to stop being complicit with their role of inducing fascism. Deleted my account. Had a friend attempt to access my page and it isn’t there. The divorce is final. I challenge all of you to do the same.

    1. But if you still use instagram, messenger, or WhatsApp…guess what, you are still on facebook 🤦🏻‍♂️.

    2. @hawkeye0927 I am truly sorry! 😢. I feel your pain abs I’m sorry for it! Please be well as much as you can, stay safe, Peace ☮️. 🤗

    3. The people quitting Facebook, are the people who realise it’s a problem. The conspiracy nuts haven’t realised it yet.

  2. Zuck needs to be curbed. I never have been on Facebook. Never will be. I can keep in touch with my friends and family on my own just fine.

    1. @monnie j aren’t these the same people who peddled the red pill wake up movement? Yeah well that certainly did wake them up alright and guess what? We’re so awake now they’re all getting cancelled. It should be called the red pilled wake up and get cancelled movement.

    2. I opened up a Facebook account, all in a period of a week!! A woman, who had been seeing my husband, asked to be a friend!?and started posting some pics of herself with him. The pic’s just depicted her, like sitting next to him at a dinner. Nevertheless, it broke my heart. I had suspicions of my husband seeing someone else, now I had the proof !! Needless to say, Facebook gave me the means to do more research, on her, however, I chose to promptly shut down my account. Too much temptation

    1. I miss the days when the internet was a place for tech heads and nerds to discuss technology and science. as soon as the internet was monetized it became corrupted and now it is out of control. Elizabeth Warren is correct, they do need to broken up and the money taken out of the internet so the black holes of conspiracy and violence go away. If they weren’t able to make money off of clicks this crap wouldn’t be happening. Joe is correct, break them up. I am in favor of free speech, but I am also in favor of reality. and truth.

    2. @Roguect Garbeled oh the same! It used to be a wonderful place to cooperate and build new bridges and discover new horizons. Now it is wall to wall greed and related theft of intellectual property.

  3. I left Facebook 5 years ago, best decision of my life. It’s just a place where people can look into other peoples lives while forgetting that they have their own life to live. A disgusting cesspit of “look at me!” They have catered for all these conspiracy lovers and look where it has got us, nowhere.

    1. There’s other right-wing news sources preparing to compete for audience with FoxNews right now, it’s coming. I think the FBI and Homeland Security will have their hands full.

    2. Any news source that pushes their political agenda that hard isn’t credible. MSNBC gets demonized by these people For exposing the truth. They’re not pushing a political agenda, they’re not anti-Republican.
      They’re anti-crazy😜

    3. Fox News is horrible, but it’s not being seen by 2.7 billion people – the amount of users now on Facebook. Watch the Social Dilemma on Netflix. That documentary should be seen by all the politicians who have power to change it.

    1. I’m 48 years old and I’ve never had a Facebook,account Twitter, account etc.
      And I don’t feel like I’m missing anything😁

    2. Messenger allowed spoofing .you think you’re talking to family and actually you’re talking to a stranger that wants to sell you something.

    1. Sure…Facebook has evil powers. It’s not your Uncle who did it to himself. Don’t hold him responsible. Jesus. The racist was always in there dude.

  4. Social media was meant to bring people together. Of course, because humans are pretty awful, it ended up tearing us apart.

  5. Not sure if Tim “ Planned Obsolesence” Cook is the best person to talk about monopolies and regulation. We used to have some excellent repair shops in NYC for Apple products, like TekServe, and Mr. Cook forced them to close so consumers would have to buy new i-Phones and Laptops.
