  1. He is titled to take a Break. Asafa has a Young 🌱 family; WHY would he Retire. Regardless he Will decide when the time comes. MAINTAIN YOUR PRIVACY. Jamaica doesn’t own you.

  2. Its a joy seeing you run. You was the first who took it to the world. Win, loose or no finishing, you are my athlete. Just too laid back.

    1. Not the first there were others before but u just did start watch track and field. And usain a run from basic school when usain was fourteen he was world junior champion adage wasn’t running then

  3. I’m not a jamaican but I alway like Asafa,he is so likeable, quiet and alway smiling πŸ˜ƒ, he alway be a positive and competitive athlete, I’m wishing him all the best on his return Mr human hippo to help the men 4×100 relay first leg Asafa he has a quick start 2nd the young Akeem Blake,3rd leg Mr curve runner Yohan Blake and the anchor Oblique Seville the will definitely get a medal πŸ…

  4. Asafa you made us proud as Jamaicans over these years, you did well. But as for me I don’t think it is a good idea . I don’t think your legs have the strength to compete with these young guys. You resign as a true champion and that look good. Coming back now will take a way your ratings. I don’t think you will be able to make the national team. I think you should stay home and enjoy yourself, argument done.

  5. IM ALWAYS EVER SO PROUD OF YOU ASAFA, YOU ARE ALWAYS SO HUMBLE IN EVERYTHING.
    GOD LOVES THE HUMBLE.
KEEP SHINING STAR BOYπŸ’₯ YOU ARE LARGEπŸ‘ŒπŸ†™οΈπŸ‡―πŸ‡²

    MORE BLESSINGSπŸ™πŸ™πŸ’― MORE LOVEπŸ˜˜β€πŸ’―

  6. This whole video is silly. Whether he has officially retired or not, Asafa’s days as a competitive sprinter are over years ago.
No one takes a break at 39 to return at a high level.
U would have to know zero about track to think that 🀣
