not just nexus, My wifes Permenant resident card is in a back log too, she submitted all her paperwork over a year ago, in fact 1.5 years ago, was approved and they still have not gotten it to her, every call redirects her to the website which provides zero ETA.
Are we blaming Russia on that too!?! Smdh
