    1. That is true. And is probably a reflection of the fact that tests per capita done in Canada is nearly 60 percent of USA. But still, you must honestly reflect on the fact that on per capita basis USA has double the deaths compared to Canada. Why I should that? That’s not down to testing. Also deaths in Canada have virtually stopped as I fear now, and it’s raging in USA. Plus with the stupendous rise in daily positives since last 2 weeks, it’s going to inevitably increase substantially shortly.
