  1. Regardless of what happened, a factory or storage faculty with the potential to create that sort of devastation should not be anywhere near a city.

    1. @Berly low grade uranium and we have a nuclear oversight board that deals with the safe disposal of it.

    2. @Nguyen Hoang They bury the nuclear waste underground near the lakes. I saw an News article about this a few years ago.

    1. @Mike Hunt Yo mike, Local ground sourcing says a Welder was working in the building on a door that morning, wasn’t licensed by a company but was contracted to weld a door that was falling apart, all i know so far other than the port authority left a shipment of chemicals there for 6 years

  2. They have relatives in Canada and I can’t blame them for saying enough is enough and wanting to live somewhere else with more stability for their children… I would want to do the same thing if I was in their shoes. this explosion was horrible and those chemicals should never have been stored in such a populated area. The government had to have known what was in that warehouse.

    1. @Bilal Badar Why won’t you take them into your own house then? and pay for them while you’re at it.

    2. @Bilal Badar racist for not freely opening borders to all refugees our immigrants??

Strange, that never gets said to other countries. Is Japan racist then???

  3. My prayers for Beirut Jah guide and protect and my prayers to the families who lost loved ones to this catastrophic explosion.

  4. Remember from times past Newfoundlander’s care and will help with everything “WE ARE HERE FOR TO HELP YOU”
