  1. Thousands of people get fired everyday in America for far less things than taking someone’s life. He’s actually lucky he’s not in prison. Deadly force is only authorized when your life, or the life of others is in danger. It’s clear from that video, that no one’s life was in danger….,well, except for Eric Garner’s life.

  2. Soooo you murder a man on camera…Once again murder and he gets no jail time… He Just loses his job 🤔 ooooh wow I wonder if he was white and the officer was black how justice would have been served….probably by hanging 😴

  3. He got fired is that what they call justice I don’t this stinks if I was the family I think I would want this guy in prison serving time

  4. De Blasio is one lying SOB!!! That killer cop should have been fired five years ago and put in jail for murder clearly without a doubt shown on video… De Blasio could of and should have fired him years ago….

    1. Explain how he murdered him. Use facts. Watch the video and research how he died. Murder lol. Come on man

  5. “Very different police force…”
did all the offending officers get fired? No?

At best, they are trying to sweep this debacle under the rug.

    1. They gave him an early retirement package. Said he was fired to cool down the lunatic lefties. Cheers from Toronto

  6. Justice has not been served. Losing your job five years after committing murder does not come close to justice.

  7. Justice would be Pantaleo going down on a murder charge, every NYPD officer who watched Garner die on the sidewalk without medical attention fired.

  8. No . . . No it hasn’t. The officer LIED and that is accepted as PROVED. The lie demonstrates self-knowledge of Culpability. When the, “officer,” goes to jail, after FIVE YEARS, maybe that would be the BEGINNING of, “justice?” . . . SMH

  9. WTF? In what alternate universe is justice served? Why is De Blasio still mayor, much less running for President?

  10. This is NOT justice, if it were, the officer would be in prison for murder, because that’s was he’s done!

  11. Getting fired for murdering someone is NO justice. He should be locked up or executed. NO ONE should be above the law.
