Wrong.. I’m GOP.. as most conservatives are. GOP was founded to oppose slavery in the Western States in 1834 .. Party of Emancipation. More GOP voted for the Civil Rights Act than Democrats. Democrats had former KKK Robert Byrd, a klan recruiter and Exalted Cyclops in the US Senate til 2010. Why didn’t they disavow? Why didn’t the Dems kick him out of the party? Tired of the race based/identity politics of the Dems.
