@Muhammad Kingson Most of his followers are decent people who listened to fauxnews too long, so cannot recognize the truth. They are terrified of the “malarkey” that has been repeatedly drummed into their heads by Hannity’s crowd of liars. I spoke with one today over the phone, a truly lovely 80 yo woman. We didn’t discuss trump but she informed me she sees things differently (I’m an oregon liberal). I explained a few things and she was quite receptive and interested.

Wrong. U.S. Armed Forces will NOT follow unlawful orders. They swore an oath to support and defend the Constitution. Their loyalty and obligation is to our nation, NOT any one particular person, even if that person is the current Commander In Chief.

This is potentially another battlefront, even if it’s a battle of morals and legality and not kinetic. One that’s much more personal for them because the U.S. is home soil. Don’t get me wrong. They still MUST follow lawful orders. If any future orders potentially push the boundary of morality and legality, they will be questioned. In such a case, they may be told to shut up and follow the orders. It’s these gray zones where courage and character will test military and civilian leaders, along with the legal system. Our women and men in the armed forces are intelligent. We can put faith in them to make appropriate decisions, without regard to partisan politics. Their long and honorable reputation will not be stained. Their loyalty is to our nation.
