    1. @TheMrTTT First off, we’re far from “destroying the entire world”, don’t kid yourself. And also, sorry to break it to you, but we were already heading towards recession, hunger pandemic, furloughs, and everything else before covid. It just accelerated that, and opening stuff up now will only make it much worse in the long run.

    2. Adam Plitko My grandmother had Parkinson’s for years already, she had a very hard time walking but she was able to remember who family members were. She didn’t lose a lot of her memory, the physical toll was very bad. She was 75. My grandfather had three separate broken bone incidents in the last ten years of his life, he also suffered a stroke back in the early 2000’s and had a surgically installed pacemaker. He was 92. He wasn’t a young guy anymore.

    3. @kohl cooke Wow. A new version of reality: maybe even history. You are a loyal and competent comrade of the Democrat Party.

    1. Actually the push the numbers of more cases there’s more cases there’s more cases and two people died. The course now they’re pushing the story that 60000 people have died. But if you go on the CDC website the CDC themselves said the numbers have to be revised and that they are including influenza and pneumonia with covid-19 and it’s 30,000 American lives. It’s sad that they lost their lives but more people die from the flu complications every year yeah we don’t go through this bullcrap

how is Trump to blame for a virus that started in China? Second off it takes a mere seconds to fact check what the media who’s been caught so many times lying . Going by the CDC numbers unfortunately 30,000 people have lost their lives. In the Vietnam War more than 58,000 people lost their Lots US soldiers whose blood was spilled to protect our allies and you want to drag your name through the mud because while you’re an ignorant fool. And if you’ve been paying attention to the news and not just one Outlet definitely not CNN what you’ll find is that many of those numbers are being redone because they found some of those numbers were erroneous not tried to use small words through this so you’d understand it but you’re just going to have to look up what the word erroneous means. You won’t but you should for your own edification

The budget request would trim funding for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention by almost 16 percent. HHS officials said they want the CDC to focus on its core mission of preventing and controlling infectious diseases and on other emerging public health issues, such as opioid abuse.

Officials propose to take the money that would normally go to fund individual disease prevention activities and funnel it into a single block grant to states. The budget says chronic diseases such as heart disease, stroke and diabetes have common risk factors, and thus consolidating funds “can help magnify the public health impact.”

Although it’s true that Trump’s fiscal year 2021 budget proposal does propose a funding cut to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), that budget has not been enacted.

where there’s strong bipartisan support for agencies such as the CDC and NIH. Instead, financing has increased.
public health experts say a bigger concern than White House budgets is the steady erosion of a CDC grant program for state and local public health emergency preparedness — the front lines in detecting and battling new disease. But that decline was set in motion by a congressional budget measure that predates Trump.
The public health system has a playbook to follow for pandemic preparation — regardless of who’s president or whether specific instructions are coming from the White House. Those plans were put into place in anticipation of another flu pandemic, but are designed to work for any respiratory-borne disease.
“The CDC’s response has been excellent, as it has been in the past,” said John Auerbach, president of the nonpartisan Trust for America’s Health, which works with government at all levels to improve the nation’s response to high-risk health crises. Some Democrats have charged that Trump decimated the nation’s public health leadership, but Auerbach said CDC’s top scientific ranks have remained stable during the past three years.

    1. Yea, when those 2 doctors showed that the death rate of covid in California is only 0.03%, YouTube took that down real quick 😂

    2. Interesting how Gavin says let’s not be political or protest, yet continues to usurp our Constitutional rights not just in the face of and absence of data and assumed threat…but NOW, in the midst of overwhelming evidence that Covid is simply the flu, those who’ve died while testing positive for it had significant comorbid disease, and an ever increasing and uncomfortable truth that a majority of the population have had it, yet it was so mild, their symptoms barely registered. ***They think we’re stupid. Do your research. Look at REAL data. Question motives.

    1. Dont include mothers on this. It’s just not right at all. Mothers are suffering to raise us. It is us who choose our path! Even though, there are some mothers who aren’t better, still we have no rights to judge them. Salute to those mothers in the world!

    1. COVID19 is an excuse to persecute people that aren’t on board with the elite’s agenda. And don’t give me Trump. F Trump. Politicians come and go.

    2. Every time you procreate, you are responsible for the death of a human being. The next question is, how much fear and suffering did you create by forcing them into existence.

Every procreator is a narcissist ay hole.

    1. morgan glenn he didn’t say July July he just said possibly late July or early August 💀trump is saying school to start as soon as possible which is not good

    2. How do we say we live in a free country when you dont even have an option to keep your child safe with you. This is 2020 if we can work from home why can’t we have the option to school our children from home during a pandemic?? If were already doing online learning? Why are school insisting they open back up and extend the school year? How does this make sense when the numbers are going up? I know not everyone is in the same position and some can’t or don’t want to school thier child from home but I’m not understanding why I don’t have the option to finish the year online for MY children at home safe with me. I know next year I’m home schooling my children. (If they allow me) This is so sad…

    3. @Raul Vlogs for sure sending kids to school this early will not work especially little kids they don’t really listen anyways or they might forget.

  1. Why didn’t he react this way to the homeless problem in his state? They are lives too. Just another empty suit politician.

    1. Brian R. We’re not talking about Trump were talking about Gavin Newsome the communist joke of California. Stop projecting silly kid. 🤦🏽‍♂️

    2. Josh C that is the dumbest EXPLANATION I’ve ever heard. Considering los angeles’ stats on infections and deaths, you think somehow it just bypassed skid row??? Smh.

    3. @Andrew McGee – Yes bring back the mental institutions, that Ronald Reagan closed down, and commit our demented president in one very soon.

    1. @Barney You make a good argument there. I didn;t even think about SQUARESQUARESQUARESQUARESQUARE. Thanks, man.

  2. Every person who is out of work and unable to feed their children is also “a life”…

    1. Truth Ninja also a lie here in California people on un employment make more than me working 40 hours. Plenty of iron workers got the lay off they kept me and those guys at home don’t want to come back to work because they make more at home.

  3. Brian Williams is a hack journalist that should not be trusted “reporting “ the news.

    1. Probably because you are inclined against his tribe. Frankly, all that matters at this juncture is whether he is effective in his job as an administrator. This is what being a governor is about. The politics is all B.S.. Regardless of party, I’m behind any governor that is doing his/her job to bring science based decision making to bear on this disaster.

    2. @GDK Opinionator
The lemming High command believes you will make an outstanding Soldier in the lemming Army.
Your new orders have just arrived.
      The cliff is that way.👉
      Good luck

    3. @Grumpus Maximus The cliff is already here, my friend. I just lost a family member off of its side.

  4. Brian Williams is a disgrace but perfect to be a “journalist” on MSNBC.

    1. Kevin Douglas I think in the blue stares the numbers are being inflated, ER doctors are being asked to put COVID- 19 as cause of death even if it was not so…. welcome to the Democratic Party
