The Private Bankers get the money printed at low to zero cost by The Bank of Canada and lent back to Canadians as retail loans and mortgages and lent to the Canadian Government itself via commercial markets with the current and future Canadian taxpayers as guarantors by way of their property and the economy itself.
The Finance Minister is the trustee for the shares of The Bank of Canada.
