Dr. Dale Kalina says there is no retention strategy for health-care workers, very little training strategy, and it's only been made worse by the pandemic.

  1. The country is falling apart and Turdeau is away on vacation with his family on the Canadian taxpayers dime. What a great leader.

  2. Canada’s healthcare system has been in crisis for years. It literally only takes a bout of freezing rain for emergency rooms to be extended into hallways and out the doors.

  3. Nurses have been routinely treated like garbage for years. For many of them, COVID 19 was the last straw.
    For example, Nurses raised numerous issues during SARS and were spelled out in the SARS Commission reports that were released in 2006. Those reports were essentially shelved and ignored. The shortage of PPE was only one example. Now Nurses are beyond fedup.

  4. It was better when ( fill in the blank ) was premier of Ontario and there were no waits at emergency wards. Lol
