Chris Hayes On Republicans’ Last Chance To Make Things Right | All In | MSNBC

  1. Why do we keep thinking these people will change when they have shown us who they are! I thought we were all ‘Woke’ after 2020??

    1. WITHOUT HOPE WE DIE! SO Yes, a person can change, they MUST WANT TO DO SO. NO ONE Can Make them. But I for One have seen MIRACULOUS Awakenings. TRUST!

    2. All these Republicans calling for unity after they tried to bring the government down with their blood libel about a stolen election. Its like a toxic abuser. After he puts her in the hospital he’s sorry and wants to play happy families.

We can never trust these people again.

  2. No more “last chances”. They’ve made their choice. Stop thinking Republicans will ever do anything good or just. They are traitors.

    1. Malignant narcissists never change because they never learn because they’re NEVER wrong. Everything is ALWAYS someone else’s fault.

    2. @Zaynab bint Al-Harith if you think having an account banned for voilation of a private company’s terms of service has anything to do with “free speech”, I dont think you understand what you’re talking about.

    3. @Hammer K for 4 years you Trumpies would say to us “Trump is your president”.

      But he wasn’t.

When Covid19 first came here it was in Blue states, mine was one of the first. Simple reason: we have lots of international travel. Trump put Jarrod in charge of pandemic response , but at least they were trying.

Then Trump disbanded the pandemic task force because he literally didn’t care if Americans in Blue states died because he didn’t win our states.

So don’t tell me he’s my president. It was his choice not to be, not mine.

Now the pandemic is killing thousands a day in Red and Blue states. If Biden does as he says he will, both Red and Blue states will have a chance to stop the virus.

Unlike Trump, Biden is planning to be president even for the people who didn’t vote for him.

    4. @Zaynab bint Al-Harith perhaps you are not American? If you want to talk about the First Amendment I suggest you understand what it means first. YouTube is a private company, they have no obligation to provide you this platform. If you don’t follow their rules, you can be banned. Period.

If someone on social media tells you to shut up, you are free to tell them the same and keep posting your comments. So they’re not infringing on your speech.

  3. I see why you’re bewildered Chris. The Banana Republicans are talking about “doing the right thing”for themselves. What’s best for America is irrelevant.

    1. He is bewildered because like everyone else he sees the country sinking into the abyss and the reps keep thinking about themselves, their power, their job, their status, their influence, their prestige and their own future. These people should all be removed, but by whom? By themselves?

    2. @Cory Allen that’s the beauty of Democracy, you can forfeit your voice at any time. And if nothing else both parties frame and approach issues differently. And, that is significant when in comes to policy making and public sentiment. The insurrection is a prime example of that.

    3. @Leonie deJong wouldn’t that be efficient? Maybe, being hunted by unhinged cultists will motivate them to make a few key changes.

    4. @Alexis Mitchell Yes, very efficient, but I don’t trust them that much doing it right. Other, impartial people better do that. But there must come a major major change, because this can no longer continue. I propose a new party led by people from the Lincoln Project. They have my confidence and know what they are talking about. I think that can reverse the total madness that exists now.

    5. @Alexis Mitchell This is a warning from Scottish historian and professor Alexander Tytler circa 1787.
“A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government.  It can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves largesse [generous gifts] from the public treasury.  From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury, with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, which is always followed by a dictatorship.
The average age of the world’s greatest civilizations has been two hundred years.

  4. In just 4 years, t’rump lost you the House, the Oval, and then the Senate. And you know he’s going to hold you hostage for every little thing until the day he dies. So do yourselves a favor, republicans. Cut him loose and throw him aside. Because he’d do the same thing to you and not give it a second thought.

    1. @Josh Pep-a Your God emperor has the worst jobs record since Herbert Hoover- almost everyone in this country still alive today wasn’t even around when Hoover was president.

    2. @Josh Pep-a and just because you cannot bring yourself to believe the guy who barn stormed the country lost to the guy who barely left his basement doesn’t mean it didn’t in fact happen.

    3. @Josh Pep-a Only the people who acutally vote count at all, so the 1/3rd who didn’t vote are irrelevant.

    2. You can’t forget Rupert Murdoch. This is the result of a large number accepting one lie after another until we no longer have a shared reality and believing “the big lie” is a show of faith. The propaganda must be exposed in order for them to return to the real world.

    1. @Jackie Martinez People like YOU are the problem. The solution to corruption is not whataboutism. Stop with the distractions. Stop with the lies. Look at what Trump has done to the country. You can’t blame it on anyone else. This has been the Trump Show and it has been a catastrophe. YOU need to wake up.

    2. @TheArchitect_24 Name-calling. They all do it. Even to the point of petulantly refusing to spell the name of Democratic Party correctly. It gives you an indication of their juvenile mentality.

    3. @Scott Bilger There is no worse blind than the one who does not want to see. You just have to hear what he said. And you know what I say is true.

    4. While antifa have been bruning down buisnesses ripping down statues and taking over seattle streets all through summer. But that isn’t considered terrorist

    1. @The Ancestors we can let them have the Red states. And then cut those states loose from the nation.

      Good riddance.

    1. @Bryan Reynolds Sovereign God rules. We’re subject to Him. Let these times elevate you. In Jesus’ loving name.

    1. You can’t appeal to someone’s conscience and sincere intentions if they don’t have them Chris.
Despite that, what you say is 100% true.

  5. They only care about their stocks, manipulating the so called “rust best forgotten men and women” to vote against their interests and hate the government. They don’t care.

  6. Democratic politicians are willing to resign when they did a wrong. Example: Frankel. When GOP does wrong: blame the democrats.
