  1. Start with the poor and work up this time. Big corps last..they’ve had enough tax breaks. If they didn’t use them wisely tough. Trickle down doesn’t happen.

    1. The rich don’t need this money to buy up all the stock. This bill has to have a provision that these self centered white collar folks can’t purchase any stock with this bailout money.

    1. Karen Schumer When I reread it I noticed you spelled republican, republiCON. If that wasn’t sarcasm then maybe you’re just a terrible speller…

    2. @Margo I spelt it as “republicon” because they are “cons”. They con people into voting for them and for making people believe they are actually going to help them.

    3. Karen Schumer You also said that the people would go hungry but only for a short time. Maybe you don’t understand what sarcasm means.

    1. @Jason m by hiring new ones, how are employees gonna pay rent without big businesses? They wont. I’m telling you its not hard. Read whats in the Bill.

    2. @Michael 534 except when there is still a pandemic who’s going to work at said businesses? Like I said we need to focus on the people not the corporations can and it’s greedy CEOs.

  2. Big money for corporations, peanuts for the rest of us. That’s the trumptrash republican plan.

    1. @Karen Schumer LOL so you admit you would rather someone tell you what to think rather than look at the evidence yourself? Karen, I have a bridge to sell you. Please give me an email… Trust me you need this bridge. karensbridge@ymail.com

    2. @Michael 534 i get the feeling from the photo that she has got to be a satire account. I mean who tf just plainly says “i don’t need to look at facts just need to listen to what a politician says!”

He allowed almost 2 million people to lose their homes to foreclosures. He did NOT hand out a single UBI payment to anyone. He did not extend unemployment benefits to anyone. He did not force banks to reimburse all the lost 401k to anyone. He allowed banks and large corps to give themselves huge bonuses. 2. @Nunsuch Oh yea, you cherry pick the few things the GOP has done, or supposedly want to do, but dig deep for DNC things that simply did, nor does not happen to be true. What we need to know is democrats want to help the American workers who are hurting right now, while republicons only want to do what benefits the rich and large corporations!

    3. Larry Davisson “Dig deep”? No digging deep was necessary on this. I just laid out with the big fight is about. You don’t like it because the Dems are looking to stuff pork into this relief bill more than help the American people.

    1. Yes’- that’s why he is thee captain of the ship!” Know more 1′ on top as always getting all of tthee money!””

    2. Hospitals and medical companies are run by *gasp* the 1%ers! Cant give those people money in a pandemic

    1. And he an d Republicans are going to smeared the democrats in November because the people see whats really going on during a crisis.

    2. @Jerry Rutten . Yes, Trump the Republicans will smear the Democrats as they always smear them with lies, hyperbole, distortions, and paranoid conspiracy theories.
But that has been going on for so long it’s now obvious to the vast majority of the American people what they’re up to and most people aren’t going to be stupid enough to vote for those clowns again.

  3. They need to lock up Mitch McConnell! It’s the Republican’s fault that it has come to this! They ignored it!! The Government did!! Now they don’t want to help the PEOPLE! Lock him up! Lock him up! Do it NOW!! The PEOPLE should revolt if they ignore us again!

    1. You’re wrong the Democrats are stopping a stimulus package that will keep our economy from falling

    2. Actually it’s not. Are you aware that Democrats are fighting over tax credits for solar panels?
I am usually NOT this way at all, I hate government waste, but right now I just don’t care! Pass the freaking bill! Get help to people! It’s not like this is going to be the last bill you do on this crap. Get it moving!

    3. democrats are fighting a 500 billion slush fund for the treasury sec to spend how ever he wants and no strings

  4. Will there be a bailout for con-men too? I’m asking for an orange bloated stable genius friend. 😄

    1. No but DemoRat Governors and Mayors are letting them out of Jail ! So you might want to ask them !

  5. As rich as corporate America is , they don’t need any free money from our taxes. Once again, the rich taking from the poor when we are in most need.

    1. Corporations provide jobs, check their earnings, they all are not making money hand over foot. Educate before speak.

    2. @Darin King I know that already and that’s not what I was talking about. I was just agreeing with the commenter about something different. Read my full comment and understand concept of what someone saying before you respond please thank you. Because I know what I’m talking about im not stupid. Good night.

So who’s using your tax money unscrupulously?

    4. Democrats want to give money to people and forget the business they work for..where are they going to work when their jobs bellys up?

    1. @Jeffrey Meade Democrats are for the working class American while rethuglicons are only for the rich, and large corporations!!!!

  6. If large corporations get a bailout with no strings attached and small businesses get loans, the inequality in the system is only going to grow. Large corporations can issue stock or bonds in order to raise capital, they are not going to fail. Small businesses can only raise revenues or borrow. Small businesses have a larger footprint than the localized big corporations as well. Focusing on big companies is only going to prop up the stock market in an attempt to make it look better than it is. #toomanytofail

    1. @Kirk Thomas the virus does not discriminate. Rich or poor, black or white. If this administration wasn’t so notoriously corrupt then this might not be necessary.

    2. @Kirk Thomas . Oh yes it is true that the Republicans are proposing a bill to give billions to corporations with no strings. Stop lying, comrade.

    3. @Kirk Thomas . With every one of your comments you sound even stupider. Stop before it’s too late.

    1. because that repubs know that will be letting democrats get their way because republicans feel dems only care about people and individual workers and once republicans pass that they know dems won’t have any other motivation to even consider a bill. republicans know in order to get what they want passed they have to put it in the same bill together.

    2. Why don’t we focus money on the short term problems and not try to “fix” the economy with an inadequate injection of cash to consumers? We need the pandemic to be under control before we worry about making sure people’s credit scores don’t take a hit. The longer covid-19 is a crisis the more impact it will have on all aspects of society. I know I’ve said it before but you don’t fix leaky faucets, paint the dining room, or repair the roof while your house is burning down. Someone needs to tell the Senate you don’t try to refinance or up your insurance coverage after your house has caught fire either.

    1. Like Mitch told a group of his contributors, I am the grim reaper, no bill will get through if I do not want it too.

    1. This bill was going to give 75 billion to hospitals. It was a bipartisan bill. But Schumer and Pelosi blocked it last minute.

    2. Malika Murodova GOP proposal:
Direct payments to the American People. ($1200/person, $2400/couple, $500/child)

So which side is trying to unscrupulously use our tax money?

    3. @JD – it’s not that simple, some businesses need to be maintained in order to maintain a stable and functioning Society

    1. @seven s.v. They should protect the people. All of a sudden, everybody believes in big government intervention and socialism.

    2. @seven s.v. This is the biggest wealth redistribution in human history….they’re taking all of these hardworking peoples money and sending it offshore. The poor people are the only ones asked to take one for the team and they end up with nothing in the end….its been a money grab since 1980….my theory is somebody sensed the end….like Rome…

    1. @seven s.v. . Nice story. Too bad none of it’s true. You really have to work on your fabrications. That might work with clueless Trump cultists, but the rest of us know BS when we read it.

    2. @seven s.v. the fascist Donald Trump lies. The GOP is corrupt & angling for single party auticratic rule.

    3. Democrats want to fully fund planned Parenthood! Wtf does that have to do with the Wuhan virus? Democrats want to federalize elections, wtf does that have to do with the Wuhan virus? Democrats want to bail out the post office! WTF does that have to do with the Wuhan virus. I bet not one of you got a response for even one of my questions.

    4. Our masters f*cked us big time once again. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 Squeeze the the lemon juice out of you sh*ts🍋🍋🍋

    1. @Natasha Norman yeah good luck with that right . and she’s not even one of the filthy rich , she’s rich but not super rich .

    2. @Derek Mills I was reading earlier about working JOE , THE WORKING MAN’S MAN took the donald trump tax cut for the wealthy , then went on to see the huge house he rented and the million dollar masion he bought , pretty much like all the working class people I know right ?
