  1. he was just trying to put an example on what would happen it would go worse if they were not bukel up

    1. Wrong! As you can clearly see, he wasn’t in a position to teach that type of lesson. You’re burned out? Find a new job!!

  2. He should be promoted that was an easy stop compared to avoiding an accident. Easy lesson learned for the kids. Some one stepped up to teach them something useful

    1. Exactly. Their bodies stayed put. Just their heads moved. Basically a slightly hard stop at a stop sign. People these days don’t have common sense. They see the kids heads moved and they call it “slammed” on the brakes. 🤡🌎

  3. They all appeared to have survived.
As if every bus driver for the last 50 years hasn’t done the exact same.
And I can tell you, in the 70’s those seats weren’t padded on the back like that😆😆😆

    1. No, they weren’t. 😅 And, the seats themselves were nothing but spring coils wrapped in plether. 🤣

  4. He did nothing wrong. He was not malicious in any way. He was very calm, warned them, then pushed the brakes. They’re fortunate to have a sweet man like him care for their children & put safety first. The kids should’ve been disciplined, not him. They need to toughen up & learn to follow rules. 👴🙏🏼💞

  5. # 1 school bus drivers need a PAID ASSISTANT ON BOARD.
    2. While there is no excuse for injuring a child for an adult to prove their point to someone else’s child, most bus drivers work a split shift, on early am, back on late afternoon till evening, that’s a long day and most of our drivers are over 55. There must be a better way.
This man lost his patience, he could have seriously hurt the child. Although I understand his frustration, that can’t be excused.
    3. Every parent should have to as a group ride the bus once, experience it, know what’s it like to be on the school bus, and know who’s driving your kids, and how important it is for your children to behave on the bus.
Rules on the school bus must be inforced, written up 3 times in a certain time period?
Well I guess your parents can be your bus.
But alas when the driver lied to the parent regarding how the girl was injured?
He lost my sympathy for having a hard job.

  6. Parents are SOFT nowadays. It doesn’t say how MANY times he told them to sit in they’re seats. I’m grateful I was raised in the 80’s.

    1. He has no business or authority to teach a lesson via that method! He needs to find a new job if he can’t handle that type of stress. PERIOD!

  7. I understand how crazy things can be for any bus driver who is driving a school bus with 60 energetic kids on board. I am a child of the 80s who rode the school bus during elementary school. Sometimes the enviroment was calm and other times it was a bit nuts to say the least. However, I had never had a school bus driver even make an attempt to do what that former driver did in Colorado. It is one thing to safely teach an important safety lesson to a bunch of high energy kids on a school bus. It is entirely another to get stupid and lie about it when there are security cameras recording the whole incident. If that former driver was really that genuinely concerned about the kids being out of their seats and running around the bus, there was other ways that were safe and legal that he could have used to help those kids. But, that former driver chose to get stupid and now he will pay the price for his stupidity.

  8. Literally didn’t “slam” on the breaks. Their butts didn’t even slide forward on their seats. 🤡🌎

  9. This days, you can’t do that anymore no matter how bad kids are, you’ll get fired, sued, taken to jail, he should’ve had reported this, and kept reported it!

Unfortunately everything is backwards now, good is bad, and bad is good!!

Kids have no discipline, their disrespectful, rude, or worse…

  10. It’s no longer a story that the world is experiencing a global economic downturn,
I’m so happy that I’ve been receiving $64,000 from my $15,000 investment every 8 days

    1. I’ve got up to 700K returns since I came across Mrs Evelyn Ruth Reis trading platform, My financial life has completely changed all thanks to Mrs Evelyn Ruth Reis awesome trading strategies !!!

    2. It was a very awesome transformation,
No greater joy than seeing my progress in an initial decision .

  11. Teaching kids to seat properly plus they need seat belts i don’t know if he was wrong or right honestly but lesson learned. 🤷😅🤦✌

  12. I’m sorry but if they were following the directions from the driver he would not have had to go to such drastic measures. Imagine if they had been in a real accident and were not in their seats, imagine the injuries they could have sustained. This society needs to stop coddling their kids.

  13. We have made a GoFundme for the poor man! Just got to gofundme and search bus driver legal that’s by Evan
