  1. I don’t understand something in the eight hours didn’t he think to check with the daycare to see how his daughter is doing how could she be locked in the car for 8 hours and no one called the daycare to find out is she okay how is your day going this is this stuff doesn’t sound good condolence to the family that’s very sad

    1. That is the result of a man and the mother of his child living an un-natural life, the mother and the father never spoke of the child for eight hours. Having a child that both parent have to leave at a daycare and forget about for eight hours is a sign of a society gone to hell.

  2. Sad. We are too busy as humans. This has happened in the past where professionals have forgotten their babies in their motor vehicles. Sigh. Let us all learn to slow down.

  3. It is good that Fitz Bailey has such incite, but this incite would be better spent in addressing corruption, crime and violence within the police force and the country.

  4. People know who these gangs are but because they get their support from them they do not want to give them up.

  5. If it wasn’t for the so- called fake news it would be even worse in Jamaica. He is worried because too mch is being revealed that they wanted to keep hush, hush He needs to do his job as DCP without fear and favor and leave people alone. Too much cover up in the constabulary force.

  6. The people of texas don’t have to take justice in they hands by turning to street justice, because texas provide justice for every single person are citizens of the state ,not like in Jamaica where don’t believe in the justice system are had no faith are confident into

  7. Thanks for the info tvj omg sad that this has to happen to the baby and her father has been charged for his mistake only thing I can do is tell him to repent and give God his soul and he will fixed it for him.

  8. Am normally not the person to comment on social media but had to jump on this….wanna send my condolences the the family. What I really wanna say is that this dad is charged for a accident and alot a cops getting away with murder…. unlevel world!

    1. So true, just imagine how he’s gonna feel in prison 😒 oh God. Look down daddy Jesus

  9. You’re really brave to confront this issue!!!
You don’t have to be trained as a Police, or Soldier, or Legal professionals to feel unsafe in a country plague by all types of crime.
It should not be bothersome for you ACP, that what is happening in a person’s country is being discussed if you knew you could improve your standard of investigation.
Or if you had any tangible plan to fight or control crime.
If the truth is being challenged by your office, it is very worrisome, especially in light that some of the current things that in focus now is that one of your member whom you are investing, and infact have been charged was once your personal chauffeur.
This may or may not be true, but are you worried that you already know what the result of that case might, or might not turn out to be?
We will continue to discuss crime in Jamaica and the world.
The Police will always have to be the focal point, because they are the ones who offer to protect and serve.
Why are you trying to silence a people, a Jamaica people who are scared of crime, where some Police seems to be participating in?

  10. St. Lucia is a country concerned about production and the protection of it’s exports. I’ve not heard any news about initiatives to protect more over bring back life to the manufacturing sector in Jamaica. The big news in Jamaica is some bigwig manager taking up space in one of the island’s largest trading company. If he has any talent he’s to open something productive and hire real people.

  11. The difference is the main media houses pressure the lawmakers and law enforcers overseas. But the ones out here don’t…. they are silent…so these social media persons may just be making the pressure work in the public’s favor. Best to Solve the cases and let us see that you know what you are doing…simple

  12. The police is there to serve and protect the people. Do your job equally for both rich and poor and you will have no problem.

  13. I can’t understand why he wasn’t jail and charge already..accident or not .you should pay for your negligence

  14. Full time this gas price thing is addressed. It is unreasonable to us the consumers. No matter the reduction, gasoline retailers are doing as they please st the expense of dependent motorists. Smh

  15. Fritz Bailey really has the audacity to say such a thing even in a church shows the level of disrespect he has for the Jamaican people. Obviously they takes us for fools and think we should continue behaving as fools. Sorry sir lot of us eyes are open and we are well able to know right from wrong. And you guys will not shut us up, our voice will be heard.

  16. Such an unfortunate yet preventable tragedy. I’m gobsmacked as to how he could forget that his little daughter was still in the car. I just can’t wrap my head around it πŸ€”

  17. I feel this officer’s pain of loosing his daughter like that and still have to face the law while his heart is already facing the law and his guilty conscience. The poor mother also for loosing her child and in the same process loosing her man too.
