1. This is similiar to the opium epidemic over a hundred years ago in Jamaica. The chinese were distributing opium in Jamaica, on behalf of the british, which then lead to the first of three, anti-chinese riots on the Island(1918, 1938, and 1965).
   This molly is being distributed by persons with political affiliation, just like how guns are shipped here as well.
