The things that I do to maintain my mental health are the following, watching comedy (Laughing), getting enough sleep is so important, listen to relaxing music, or upbeat music (Dancing), walking, Meditation(quite time/deep breathing), attending online church/in person church (putting god first), talking to family and friends. This is what I call my stress management system.
