Golden rule of litigation “If your opponent is digging a hole – stand back. If they are furiously digging offer them a larger shovel” Trump and his henchmen are doing most of the heavy lifting for the good of the country.

    • @oltedders
All the more reason to not tolerate it; Slavery was widespread too.

    • Trump has been doing a great job of proving his guilt and impeaching himself.

One thing is for certain, Trump is by far the most corrupt and criminal POTUS in American History.

    • @Jeremy Backup
      Amen to that.

    • @Richard Grace I guess like Rudy the Looney and agent orange, you believe in the “Deep Sate”. Also,I guess you believe in big foot, the loch ness monster and the easter bunny. Maybe you shoulld have other news sources besides Faux News and Info Wars.

Oh my God no wonder everyone wants to come hear he’s going to run the country into the ground and the Democrats are going to say our hands were tied and the Republicans are going to say we never saw this coming and we are still going to work and sending in tax dollars why??? No really why??? Why would anyone continue that??? Especially if all this entertainment is paid for with our tax dollars??? Why??? Maybe we should do what i suggested earlier as sarcasm but now feel necessary to stay home sit down and wait for this to finish because as long as we continue working and sending in tax dollars they will just extend this charade at our expense

It’s not about decency in the government, in my view, it’s a power struggle among the political parties and the mostly corrupted officials in both sides.

  7. Once Trump heard Democrats were serving him a subpoena, he ordered a Diet Coca Cola and grabbed his fork.

  8. Less than 4 months till Iowa
    and you can smell the
    Democrat desperation…

Here’s something really important, food lion has a beer sale.

  11. Please, tell us more about these “subpoenas”.

jeffman62 In March 2016, then-Vice President Biden told Ukraine’s then-President Petro Poroshenko that the Eastern European nation would not get a $1 billion U.S. government loan guarantee unless it fired Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin, who was investigating Burisma Holdings — a natural gas extraction company whose board of directors included Hunter Biden, the veep’s son.

  12. Are these requests or Subpoenas? I didn’t think they were at the state of official impeachment proceedings.

    • @African Toto
Go ahead, back up your nonsense.

    • Trump was cleared on Russia, recent “whistle blower” outed as working for Schiff’s team….Do you agree with your fellow regressives that we now ignore logic and attempt to prove negatives simply because it involves Trump?…I don’t think you have a very firm grasp on basic concepts or critical thinking in general and FYI your bias is showing….

    • @African Toto Yet another mindless conspiracy theory. You sound like the senile ex-mayor of NYC.

    • @b bbb What “conspiracy theory”? Or are you allergic to specifics as well?

Have Seal Team Six serve the subpoenas. And if they are not given what is asked for in the subpoena in three minutes. The Seals nail *EVERYONE’S* tongue to tables. And leave them like that. Until the requested documentation is produced and verified.

  14. *The Zombie Left:*
    Impeach….ahhhhhhh…eat…ahhhhhh….me hungry….ahhhhhh…eat babies…..ahhhhh..impeach…ahhhh…..eat babies….ahhhhhhhhhhh

  15. I don’t know..I know I’m an idiot…I’m beggining to feel bad for President Trump…is like he needs a friend…not sure what’s going on with him…hope all turns out well for him…

The Don taking a stand against corruption is hilarious.😂😅😁😂. Been corrupt with issues all his life. Parents sent him military boarding school for children with behavioral issues. Only learned to lie, bully and manipulate. Then through Fred, met Roy Cohn.
The Don knows corruption first hand.

  17. crimes arising from the Ukraine transaction, 52 USC sec. 31021 (along with citations of federal criminal code dealing with conspiracy:
    a) Prohibition It shall be unlawful for—
    (1) a foreign national, directly or indirectly, to make—
    (A) a contribution or donation of money or other thing of value, or to make an express or implied promise to make a contribution or donation, in connection with a Federal, State, or local election;
    (B) a contribution or donation to a committee of a political party; or
    (C) an expenditure, independent expenditure, or disbursement for an electioneering communication (within the meaning of section 30104(f)(3) of this title);

The general federal conspiracy statute is 18 U.S.C. § 371. This statute criminalizes both conspiracies to defraud the United States as well as conspiracies to violate any other provision of federal law. By the text of that provision you can see how the two elements work. The statute says that it is a crime,

[i]f two or more persons conspire either to commit any offense against the United States, OR to defraud the United States, or any agency thereof in any manner or for any purpose, and one or more of such persons do any act to effect the object of the conspiracy.

Bear in mind, charges may be brought under each element. Interestingly, with respect to the first element, Chief Justice Taft in In Hammerschmidt v. United States defined the term “defraud”:

To conspire to defraud the United States means primarily to cheat the Government out of property or money, but it also means to interfere with or obstruct one of its lawful governmental functions by deceit, craft or trickery, or at least by means that are dishonest. It is not necessary that the Government shall be subjected to property or pecuniary loss by the fraud, but only that its legitimate official action and purpose shall be defeated by misrepresentation, chicane or the overreaching of those charged with carrying out the governmental intention.

Lol! Someone is finally speaking up. Ask Ivanka tRump and Jared about their businesses in China? Not America made or 1st. All the tRumps working for this Administration is corrupt and hypocrites! Joe not POTUS and Hunter not working for President Dad under Administration, like Daddy Donald and Ivanka. They all need to be investigated and questioned.

  20. They don’t do sh*t any more but point figures at each other! It’s like hiring doctors and nurse in a hospital that keeps pointing figures at each other while the patientS are dying. THE BEST PART… THEY GET PAID TO DO NOTHING!!!
