It will soon be a mistrial for sure!! One of the jurors did confess to feeling pressured to choose “guilty” she was afraid of what was gonna happen to her if she said “not guilty”

Fear rules every time. Until something stronger says no.
Mistrial can only happen during trial. He cannot be tried again for same criminal offense. Judge knew the pressure for jurors was there and decided not to call for a mistrial. Verdict stands. Appeal improbable.

@TheCasualAssassin Racism has played no part in any of these police altercations. What they all have in common is one thing, and one thing alone. Resisting arrest. That is what ties these cases together. Absolutely nothing has been shown that this had anything to do with racism, but what they do plainly demonstrate is a complete contempt for authority and the rule of law.
