The rebels have taken over strategic towns, forcing thousands of people to escape. Now, some of those refugees have entered the park to cut down trees to survive. @Truth Ache Just watch the video – it STATES that the people sell the charcoal. It is used as cooking fuel by the people who buy it. The mean annual temperature in DRC is 24 C – which is a hot summer day.

This is horrible. So much pain, suffering, and war has plagued this region of the world. I wonder if the UN is able to intervene with humanitarian aid. There is conflict, war, strife, and suffering across much of our planet. A lot of attention is put on Ukraine right now (very understandably of course), but we all need to remember places like this and areas of South-East Asia and the Middle East where things like are a fact of life, not an aberration.
The last thing they need is the UN sticking its dirty nose in. They can’t seem to help themselves with hurting African nations.
And then we’re wondering why Mother Nature is mad at us humans beings we are the worst ANIMALS ON EARTH! Greed n corruption is going to destroy us all! God help us 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
