    1. @Lee Jason I wouldn’t go that far but I’m sure it’s not the one the Bible talk about and Jamaicans love most

  1. First and foremost the bank of Jamaica governor should not get traveling allowance he should give it back some who get traveling allowance should not them don’t even work the time to get traveling allowance and then they abuse the system some of them go to the gas station every 30 second to filled up the car because taxpayer is the one put in the bill all traveling allowance should cut right off immediately

  2. The Government need to find the Source of the GUN’S Jamaica πŸ‡―πŸ‡² don’t make Gun’s,& there is a State of emergency πŸ₯²πŸ₯²

  3. These thugs are killing off their black brothers, virile young men, because they themselves have chosen a destiny of death. And they purposefully, deliberately, earnestly, and delligently pursue that destiny, eyes wide shut, with no surrender to light. Dear God, what a willful selling of their souls to the devil.😒😞

  4. Listening and watching from Dominica in the caribbean civics is the way to go although some topics are found in social studies

  5. Jesus my Lord. So so sad for these 2 young men.
O Jesus saviour, why is it that our people keep killing off our people.
    Jesus Jesus Jesus

  6. Season’s Greetings.
Brilliant move by the Ministry of Education to add Civics to the school curriculum. Many of our people by their actions and utterances announce their lack of understanding let alone appreciation of the basic tenets of 1. Citizenship 2. Ethics 3. Governance/politics

Civics should not have been removed from the curriculum in the first place. That decision was reckless and not in the long term interest of the country. It has had irreversible impact on the society as a whole. An ignorant uneducated and uninformed nation is bound to have unproductive citizens who display weak, disagreeable even violent social skills/attitudes, have low morals, self loathing, shows little to no regard for others/law/order etc. Perhaps the worst of them all is the complete breakdown of the family structure in terms of parents not being excellent role models and being properly socialised to function as an upstanding, dignified human being in the world. Jamaica today is a poster child of all these maladies and vices.

The other topic that I think students should be exposed to are soft skills/etiquette – social/business etc. Our people are too COARSE, even the ones with university degrees. They need “polishing” in their attitude, dress, demeanor, speech etc. Jamaica has come a long way but we have a lot more work to do. Therefore, if such values and qualities are not being taught in the home, the school should be the next best environment for learning and socializing.

Be safe, stay well during this festive seasonπŸ‘πŸŽ‰

  11. The country do not have designated dump site in areas of the parishes that are properly manage and is accessible by community members. This will give people a place to take their grabage that are not kitchen waste but need to be properly disposed of. Even if they have to pay to dump their waste at such site.
