Yes, I agree here. We need a conservative, synthesized approach. With the summer weather, and the reopening of the economy, people now have a false sense of security. I have noticed, where I am, in southern California, some people being in an abject state of denial. Yes, this can keep you feeling better psychologically for awhile, but, boy, not a good solution overall 🙁

What SHOULD Happen, as you said, has a low probability of happening. Trump is “President” and ANY Law must go through BOTH Legislative houses. The House will easily pass your Mask initiative, BUT the Republican SENATE will BLOCK IT with Moscow Mitch! Know that there are over 200 Bills passed by the House that Moscow Mitch REFUSES to bring up even for a Vote in the Senate. Now even if it passes the Senate, Trump may veto it.
