We don’t need big government. We need less government. People act like citizens and private businesses can’t handle stuff on their own, and the government needs to regulate them. We’re not stupid. We need to reopen the economy. If you want to stay home, that’s okay, but don’t force us to. Also, restaurants aren’t going to open if it’s actually deadly and businesses, etc. Businesses and citizens can make their own decisions with their lives. It’s not the government’s right. This whole shutdown is unconstitutional. That being said, I sympathize with the families of those who have died and I have no wish for more people to die. We need to be smart, but we can’t have everyone cowering in their homes while the government assumes more and more power. The economy is also suffering.
