'Dumb' And 'Vicious': Gov. Cuomo Blasts GOP Leader McConnell Amidst Trump Recession | MSNBC

  1. Governor Cuomo destroyed and exposed Moscow Mitch , Kentucky is one of the biggest welfare recipients in the country.

    1. @Nick That explains a lot about the GOP response to Russia and Putin criticisms, I wonder how many other Russian investments have colored response to Russian political moves within the GOP – it’s just as insidious as big American corporate donations affecting legislations and far more dangerous to national security when done by a foreign power seeking to muzzle American responses to their aggressive political strategies.

    1. California is broke, New York is broke, Cuomo was on the air begging Trump to pay his states bills, also NY is highly infected thanks to your Gov. remember if you dont have a job get 1 as an essential worker, Gov. Coumo’s words, HAHA

  2. Moscow Mitch believes that government welfare is only for corporations, not regular people.
I hope that the voters in Kentucky FINALLY vote Yertle the Greedy Turtle out…

    1. @loony loony it is absolutly welfare they threw in 600bonus on top of the unemployment check they were previously eligible for. Your right its a rsise a raise in welfare

    2. @isiah waller the max unemployment check.in delaware for example is 400$ the minimum is 40$ so now those who were getting max just went from 400 to a grand. Guy that was getting 40 just went to 640. I ask again did his expenses go up? And they also threw in 1200bonus to all

    3. @iomibestlefty I repeat, raising someones WAGE is not welfare. A wage is what you get paid for working, or do you have a different definition for the word wage in America?(it wouldnt be the first time an American doesnt know what they are talking about and it wont be the last time) If you are talking about welfare, call it by its correct name so you make sense, dont call it a wage, because that is bad English and nobody knows what you are talking about.

    4. @loony loony my point was unemployment went up on avg way over100%. Not wages. And unemployment is kinda welfare correct? I mean whatever reason is govt is paying you to stay home

    5. @iomibestlefty

here, look at the gdp of each state in America, you will see that a few states make the bulk of the cash, maybe they should just cut the money that flows to the ‘poor’ states? About 40 of them. The way America survives is unsustainable, 10% of the country keeping the rest afloat and paying its welfare bills for it. What state do you live in? One that makes money or one that spends others money in order to stay afloat? I think I can guess.

  3. Get out and VOTE BLUE in November and remove the corrupt and cancerous stench from DC.

    1. @Deborah Freedman well you guys are already in fighting half of you want Cuomo he’s not running the other half want Bernie nobody really wants Joe now do we

    2. We will be there 😊👍
VOTE BLUE 💙 IN NOVEMBER & BEYOND !
The Grand Oligarcs Party is a Cancer on our nation !

    3. @Leo Biden said Trump’s going to push the election back so you probably don’t need to worry about it now

    1. @Saltponds239 Do you actually think I
would continue this volley after asking
      a pertinent question?

    2. Which is why they gerrymander and rig everything they can to alter the game in their favor – even when they lose they act like spiteful children and scorch the earth on their way out.

    3. @Kenny Hill gerrymandering? Imagine that, 5 States have voter registrations that exceed their actual population. I wonder what color those States are?
      California,
      Colorado,
      North Carolina,
      Pennsylvania, and
      Virginia
      https://www.realclearpolitics.com/articles/2020/01/07/five_states_face_federal_lawsuit_over_inaccurate_voter_registrations__142089.html
California had to remove 5 MILLION Inactive voters – imagine that. What did Hillary win California by?

  4. Was McConnell speaking sarcastically like Drumpf? Let’s put them both first in line for bleach injection and UV radiation testing as a matter of national security.

    1. Just remember… after the lex McConnell Trump is now already a Lame Duck President, cause they did no longer grant Obama ANY laws passed in February of his last year in the administration with the excuse that the Electorate should be heard about these matters…

    2. Ella Brad why is it that red states are the ones that take more money from the federal government than they put into it if Democrats are the downfall of the country? For a party that hates socialism, they sure love handouts.

  5. Gov. Andrew Cuomo just named and shamed Moscow Mitch for the corrupt clown that he is and it’s time he resigned.

    1. Onlyrealmusic4life convenient no? And his cult is fine with it. The hallmark sign of a non leader and a marginal boss

    2. nuyou21
Trump. McConnell and Congressional Republicans got us into this mess, so I don’t understand why he has left the cleaning up to the Democratic Governors, while demanding that he will only talk to them if they praise him.

    3. Rain Walker like Bonespur, responsible for nothing unless it is something credit can be clearly claimed for.

  6. Here’s a solution: Blue States should hold on to all federal income taxes to solve their own financial problems, and let the federal government try to subsidize red states without blue state revenue.

    1. @John Smith it’s strange that even Billy Graham’s son believes that Donald Trump is called by God, but you think you know better than all of God’s chosen people, you are a disgrace, how dare you judge me, you are sick and obviously need help!

    2. @Cynthia Kōhler I already shot that right wing phony Christian spew of yours down in a different post. Read it and weep, phony.

    1. @Matthew Alley that’s such a sad story.. made me feel like I need to go out for a jog in the sun

    2. There’s nothing that gives him Senate leader position by default – it’s the GOPers that give him that power knowing full well how he works.

    3. Roland Moreno YES: We are counting on Kentucky to exit Turtle Man: #MoscowMitch & his Chinese wife now in the illicit #Trump Admin RE-directing #transportation so as to manipulate Chinese goods/routes… They’re both decadent & as corrupt as #Trump.

    4. @Poemi10304 Yes #McConnell is wo/likability, integrity OR any other characteristic of a leader! He & #Trump should go into penal sanctuary w/ disgraced/disgraceful, criminally indicted Former P.M. #BenjaminNetabyahu who can’t seem to accept that Jews in Israel dont want his brand of malevolence anymore+ his ‘Time’ has come & gone! How many elections must they demand bf he gets the message: “Get out. Go away.”

    1. You still think US is much better than siberia? At least siberia treat this virus as an actual pendemic while america wants to open up when the numbers of death is high just so they can get a haircut

    2. david zero: I appreciate your comment! I recommend he be taking out in
      shackles at the very least!

    1. Leadership. Makes no difference. Now with 1 mill cases officially. Or 0,29% of the population, most states start to reopen. That means four things 1. lockdowns made no sense. 2. lockdowns made some sence because the real number of cases is 50 times higher, or 14-15 % of the population have/have had it, and healtcare reached max capacity. So “only” 85% to go. But in that case lockdows maybe should go on for 4 more weeks. 3. lockdowns saved how many lifes ?. and how many lives will it cost in the future ? Nobody knows. 4. If lockdowns will save/ saved 100.000 lives and cost 10.000.000.000.000 $ all in all. Every life saved cost 100.000.000 /100 mill $..jobs are lost. less money for healthcare. Incredible dept etc… So all in all the lockdowns may be the most incredible stupid thing ever done..?

    2. @Alleric Erasmus Sorry you had to put up with comments from people who didn’t realize you were talking about the President of South Africa doing a good job. I heard one doctor say that over 20 countries are responding better to the virus than we are with one of those being South Africa.

    3. Ricky Ward no worries, we will be easing into different levels of lockdown from Friday. That will determine how successfully we deal with the huge affect this is having on our economy and how well prepared we are for new infections. Stay Safe

  7. *Donald J. Trump makes Mad King George seem like a tremendously stable genius with a very large a brain.*

    1. Michel F I think you should learn more about George III. You are totally incorrect in blaming him. It was his Government that levied the taxes on America NOT the King.

    2. @nozecone – The president has been displaying indications that he is in the mid-to-late stages of Frontotemporal Dementia. He exhibits a few dozen symptoms which point to that mental disorder and has done so even before his presidential campaign began.

    3. Yes he does, and Mad King George is one of the reasons we won the revolution, and covid-19 is winning the Mad King Donald “revolution”

    4. @Randall Randall Exactly, people erroneously attribute actions of the government of that time to the king because it is known as His Majesty’s Government – not surprising though, they don’t even honestly present their own history accurately and honestly let alone that of Britain.

    1. America is so divided it’s horrible. But really funny to watch, it’s like a comedy show, watching them all argue it looks so unprofessional lol

    1. @thomas fletcher Does a rhetorical question need to be asked when you clearly aren’t looking for an answer?

    2. @Kenny Hill my questions have the answers in plain sight , if your IQ is above 100 . Are you struggling ?

    3. @thomas fletcher politics rears its ugly head when people forbid monetary help that would ruin a city. When that city struggles Im sure I can think of innumerable ways that impacts USA let alone the effects of a bancruptcy on NYC. NYC and big cities transport goods etc constantly. I work in a city in Nebraska called lincoln and frankly we get produce like strawberries in our off season from California and bags of vegetables etc from places too. They struggle it will hit us too. Maybe in fall but well feel the effects. Please be adults before that happens.

    4. @thomas fletcher /whoosh.

Clearly you have your own IQ struggles if the use of rhetorical in my response went that far over your head!

      Glass house mate, glass houses.

    5. @Anne Liesveld when asking for help , my momma told me to be polite and not arrogant or demanding . Basic politeness goes a long way . Stating that his State pays more to the Federal Government than it receives is a very misleading statement . His State doesn’t pay anything to the Federal Government . His citizens do . His State also collects State Taxes from those citizens at a rate of 10% on their gross income . That’s State money to run his budget . They are not good at controlling their own spending and this is their problem . Cuomo is talking to his constituents like they’re stupid , saying the Feds are shorting them . That’s called typical dirty democratic politics . And the media , which is complicit with the democrats are also misleading the public . Mitch made a bold statement which will bring clarity to this . Cuomo shouldn’t try to outsmart Mitch , he’s not equipped to win that argument .

    1. @Andrew S There are still “essential” workers (healthcare, grocers, restaurants) who need to get to work

    2. @Justin Tym lol either did I , don’t let the family name fool ya . I’m an aussie , born in Melbourne .

    3. @Justin Tym This issue has been solved in other major cities without the use of mass transit systems or by limiting them. What is the reason for high number of fatalities in NY? The movement of people has not been sufficiently restricted?

    1. This is the reason I haven’t eat out since 1999. I always had cold symptoms, even during the summer. But I buy soda drinks from drive threw. Having said that. I’m wearing my face mask in public areas, regardless. I don’t know what’s in the air. It’s not safe anywhere.

    2. @plant life When it dissolves in the summer Ill call it a yearly flu. The flu killed same amount last year as covid did in six weeks. Plus it survives in florida so I don’t get this summer is killing it crap.

  8. What the Republicans are up to basically amounts to “fiddling while Rome burns.”

And what Trump is doing is going to bankrupt the country. Just like his casino… Just like his university… Just like his foundation.

    1. @Gregory Everson All of trump supporters must have all of these come backs on a speed dial recording that they can spew out anytime they have to respond to a serious question!

    2. @Gregory Everson over 400 businesses? you expect me to believe that. Trump supporters are “bigly” liars just like him.

    3. its not even Trump you idiots, its elite bankers, it happens with EVERY president, they are controlled, just like you morons.

  9. I love how Cuomo pointed out that Kentucky is A WELFARE state that mooches off of the productivity, ingenuity, and intelligence of NY. Fly over the Red, Drive through the Blue.

    1. The country’s wealthiest and most productive states are overwhelmingly blue. Of the 15 states least reliant on federal transfers, 11 are led by Democratic governors. Of the 15 states most reliant on federal transfers, 11 have Republican governors.

    1. also Jim Jordan, Collins ,Matt K and rest of the OLD FARD,S who don’t know anything another people when they have ready Dementia WAKE UP
