I’m Norwegian, it was pretty obvious that Obama, as a very minimum, got it far too soon. The main reason was probably that the leader of the Price committee really wanted to meet Obama. 🙁
OTOH, there is absolutely zero chance of the current president ever getting it, unless he actually got North Korea to actually disarm and remove all nuclear weapons. If that happened, Trump would in fact deserve the price and probably get it together with the NK leader. As I said, absolutely zero chance.
