  1. If you’re doing any kind of drug while pregnant you should have your right to vote revoked

    1. @Machine Algorithm Alpha lol what was that about your uterus?? Hmm? No real point to make? Hmm? 💋

    1. I think this is ridiculous,, for yrs the gov denied studies, now all of a sudden they’re scrambling.. It’s a joke!!

  2. i sense a rude awakening to women in their third trimester who had been smoking weed and dabs this whole time.

  3. These ppl spend millions of dollars to research and research and experiment , trying so hard to find something bad about weed. And this was all they came back with lol. Conservatives SMH

  4. How do you account for autism in children without pot smoking moms…. data is one of those things, you can make the results look how you want. Is it the cannabis or is it that these children would have had autism with or without exposure to marihuana.

  5. Curious to see the effects of cannabis on men’s sperm and the correlation to autism. This really highlights why young women could choose to not have children, especially given that we as women have to give up so much as it is just to be a mother. This is not going to help with stigmatization and suppressing women and their choices

    1. @Bea Long I have 2 kids mouthpiece. Your statement shows how uneducated, self centred and out of touch with reality you are. Go back to your lazy boy keyboard warrior, you are the waste of skin

    2. @Bea Long One thing I am puzzled abt from u ” it took decades to accomplish; social engineering”.
What sort of social engineering are u talking abt?

    3. Its you who apparently has resentment about being a mother; this is a seriously ignorant statment; “women have to give up so much just to be a mother”

    4. @Bea Long I guess if u see your sole life purpose as being a baby machine- then sure… Being a parent does require a lot of personal sacrifice if u a are selfless, involved parent. Having a career, and adventurous- exploratory free spirit often takes a back seat to children, ignoring that reality is more of a reflection on u than anything.

  6. Whether its autism or not but sorry, smoke pot while your pregnant will guarantee harm to the baby that may be immediately apparent or not be noticed until later in development. If you can’t lay off the junk and clean up your act for 9 or 10 months then you shouldn’t be getting pregnant and you sure as hell shouldn’t be having a child. It takes a very unselfish and powerful woman to do what’s right for her baby while pregnant and put her cheap vices second.

    1. @Forrest the Harm done to kids is the tabacco poisons that they use with the canabis, not the canabis itself!

  7. Studies have linked the Mothers diet during pregnancy to increased rates of Autism too so maybe if the Moms got stoned and ate junk food.

    1. Harper said a lot of crap, didn’t make him right though, pot is no more harmful than alcohol, and the dbl standard is arrogant & moronic.

    2. @Jonathan Edward Alcohol is called HARD-Drugs for a reason, it realy does harm to your baby, Government harms them the most!

    3. @Jonathan Edward Yeah…but you’re an addict advocating to protect your addiction. I don’t care what you say because your brain is all twisted up…I care about what the medical science is saying. And medical science is increasingly saying three words “longterm cognitive impairment”…and now the scientists are starting to see the other harms associated with pot…like this one. BTW I agree that pot is no more harmful than alcohol…because now they know that alcohol is way worse than they first thought. When it comes to pot , there’s a reason why they call it “dope”… and they don’t call it “smart”.

    4. @Mark Anthony I love that u assert that I am an addict when u know nothing abt me. Right there u display this is more a personal, emotional issue for u than an empirical one. This is easy, cite me credible, peer reviewed studies that prove Cannabis = ” long term cognitive impairment”.
      …..
Paired with your Harper comment, u are clearly not educated but posture that u are.
Conservatism/Liberalism is cancer of the mind, it makes a person tribal & deluded. LOL
History is very clear on this!

    5. @Mark Anthony he a troll same vapid reply to everything that doesn’t fit what he was feed in school it cut copy and past no real thought

  8. I love how Cannabis was classified in the same grouping as Heroin for decades which prevented scientific studies from being carried out, now all of a sudden we as a society are scrambling to do research now that its legal? 🧐🤨.. Maybe it’s time for our government to actually admit all the lies that it has engaged in, stopping credible studies… If u want to bring a life into this world, show some restraint for 9 bloody months- if u can’t maybe u should evaluate your parental skills. The governments handling of all of this is pathetic & criminal.

  9. And what about all the prescriptions doctors want pregnant women to take? This is obviously paid by big pharma because more pregnant women are turning to herb.

  10. Strange that the studies that were done in the Rastafarian Community in Jamaica over DECADES on this very topic found NO NEGATIVE EFFECTS ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN. None whatsoever.
    So. Who funded this ‘Study’?
