  1. This is an incredibly silly move by the NYT. Even if you’re a fan of Warren, these two are pretty extraordinarily dissimilar, in terms of policy and long term goals. So that just shows the NYT does not at all take this seriously.

    • @Democracy Now so you’re saying that Bernie actually said a woman can’t win the presidency?

@The Neiman Channel Hey what’s under your chair?

Nothing because she isn’t going to do a dam thing for you.

Democracy Now Oh good! A Warren supporter. You have to give her Pow Wow Chow recipe a try! It’s delicious!!

    • Tessmage Tessera | January 20, 2020 at 6:19 PM | Reply

What they did was endorse them simply because they are the only two women who are still in the top 5. Pretty silly and not at all helpful.

    • @The Neiman Channel How is someone polling at 3% nationally, and who is realistically one of the more conservative policy wise the realistic choice? Instead of the progressive leader Bernie Sanders, or Andrew Yang, who Trump voters have already said they would vote for if he got the nomination?

You’re more likely to get an NYT endorsement if you don’t tell them in an interview “Maybe the New York Times has failed them [many people in this country] too.”

    • Tessmage Tessera | January 20, 2020 at 6:12 PM | Reply

As Bernie did, you mean..? His interview with the Times was the best of them all and he definitely called them out during that interview.

    • Ya mon Da Troll | January 20, 2020 at 6:16 PM | Reply

@Tessmage Tessera – His interview was an inspiration to listen to. He doesn’t need an endorsement from the NYT, because he’s backed by a movement.

  3. Total BULL…”we come with humility” Boooo NYT 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

    • Prince Pouncer | January 20, 2020 at 2:54 PM | Reply

That’s what I really mean. Of course, an individual being a Jew ( by name, birth, nominally, etc) does not make one automatically a Zionist as well. Many Jews are wholly against the idea of izrahell. Many non-Jews are in fact Zionist. But here, when throwing around the “Joow” label with regards to big corporate media conglomurates, policies, et, it (typically) implies Zionist , almost interchangebally . And rightfully so.

    • GreatWall OfMexico | January 20, 2020 at 3:20 PM | Reply

@Prince Pouncer You’re right. Trumpty Dumbty (Donald J. Trump) is the most famous example of a “non-Jew” Zionist.

Edit: And now that NYT has endorsed Klobuchar, I assume that she is Zionist. She became my second choice when I flushed Warren down the toilet after the last debate. Now Klobuchar has flushed into my septic tank and is swimming around with Warren. Good riddance!

    • Pam Schobelock | January 20, 2020 at 4:44 PM | Reply

      @GreatWall OfMexico racist much????

    • GreatWall OfMexico | January 20, 2020 at 6:12 PM | Reply

@Pam Schobelock Don’t know how you got that from my comments, but so you know, I have absolutely NOTHING against Jews and I am Bernie Sanders’ number one fan! #BernieSanders2020

    • The people working at the NYT are some of the most arrogant and elitist people out there. They see themselves as moral paragons and look down upon the rest of America from their ivory tower. Now they’re failing miserably and have had financial problems and have had to lay off staff already… how the tides have turned.

  4. I have never heard anything so stupid as endorsing two candidates who are competing against each other for one position. And they don’t even agree on, for example, the top issue of healthcare.

  5. their endorsement is a kiss of death

  6. Who cares if The NY Times doesn’t support Medicare for All. The American people need affordable healthcare!

    • Free Mortgages for all!
My healthcare is already affordable, I need an affordable mortgage.

    • @Pam Schobelock Tell that to all the countries that have it.

    • @Smallie Biggs The taxes that are funding wars all over the world would be better spent saving Americans lives with affordable healthcare.

    • @Lain Thats how we all should be. I don’t want my fellow Americans dying from lack of healthcare or going bankrupt. Everyone’s lives matter, not just those who can afford healthcare.

  7. and they count for what? BS?

Just as the candidates they picked, they’re absolutely useless and unproductive.

  8. Michael Ehmann | January 20, 2020 at 2:19 PM | Reply

Isn’t Amy Klobuchar barely polling above 5% nationally?

  9. Yes, a schizophrenic recommendation from NYT makes complete sense.

  10. Honestly, NYT keeps shooting themselves in the foot. They’re basically saying, “we’re going to endorse 2 candidates who will definitely lose to Trump.”

  11. Sanders went to 40 Clinton rallies after she won the nomination. This segment was full of holes.

  12. Adriano de Jesus | January 20, 2020 at 3:20 PM | Reply

    Ahahahahahahaha 🤣

One has 0 chance of winning and the other just torched her image with progressives with bs sexism claims.

That is some champion level endorsements right there.

    • Tessmage Tessera | January 20, 2020 at 6:14 PM | Reply

@George Thompson *LOL… okay, then prove it.* _(watches Trump troll running away in fear)_

    • George Thompson | January 20, 2020 at 6:33 PM | Reply

@Tessmage Tessera just you tube “puerto rico earthquake warehouse found with fema supplies”,…when it takes you to”outrage over supplies from hurricane maria found “,…let me know,…its called research,….its easy,…..try finding the truth,….cause it isnt on mslsd or cnn, by the way,…i have been a dem for over 50 years,…they stole my party

    • @George Thompson That had nothing to do with Trump. The island had enough emergency supplies, the outrage was because no one distributed those old supplies after the recent earthquake.

    • @George Thompson That’s the fault of the Puerto Rican government

  13. what a fence-riding, mealy mouthed choice. the image of the gutless liberal is not helped by this “decision.”

  14. DNC = MIDGET WRESTLING REALITY SHOW

  15. Basically it’s a joke. Wimp out on a real endorsement. Yawn

  16. Bartholomew Esperanza | January 20, 2020 at 3:46 PM | Reply

LMAOOOO YOU CANT ENDORSE TWO PEOPLE RUNNING FOR THE SAME SPOT

Seriously how much dumber can msm get

  17. Really ?
MSNBC and the New York Times – what a joke.

  18. No, this is actually a good thing, everyone: this tells us who we _shouldn’t_ vote for.
    Thanks NYT.

  19. The NYT did this so Warren won’t call them sexist 🤣

  20. You’re endorsing someone who knowingly took advantage of the system and lies to try to relate to her potential voters. This is why no one trusts mainstream media
