I know the media tried to put a positive spin on it for the Democrats. But the fact is it didn’t go well You could literally see the “oh crap, I could go to jail for this” moment on Sally Yeates face on Wednesday, when Lindsay Graham asked her when she became aware that the information in the FISA (read here Trump campaign spying) warrants (that she approved) was fabricated. Her response? She threw Comey under the bus and backed up over him several times. She knew the operation was illegal from the start. She knew that information on the warrant was falsified and approved it anyway. The prosecuting attorney for the Flynn case knew he didn’t commit the crime before he filed the charges; then withheld exonerating evidence from Flynn’s defense, which apparently is “illegal” now too. The malfeasance of the FBI and state department is staggering. Just so you know what I’m referring to, the original FISA warrant to spy on Carter Page (The Trump Tower taps) hinged entirely on the now debunked Steele Dossier, and the fact that they changed the wording on a CIA inquiry to say that Page was NOT a US asset when, in fact, they said he WAS. It’s going to be interesting to see how many criminal referrals come out of this and how many indictments come from Durham. As another side note, Christopher Steele even testified in court that Glenn Simpson directed him to write a memo linking Page to the Alpha bank. It was all a fabrication.
