  1. Pathetic bit doesn’t surprise me, emergency services should be able to access anywhere at anytime including gated communities. It’s embarrassing but unfortunately what I have come to expect Jamaica

  2. Jamaica is just a patty shop run government in the USA emergency vehicle go through any road toll streets lane anywhere once sirens on

  3. This is sad because sometimes even when accessing gated communities security officers tend to want more information than the ordinary info to access

  4. How many times b4 the Police was Stop at the HWY tolls responding to a Emergency?? And a concern was raised..

  5. the only reason for such conflict is to allow criminal activities on the toll roads unchecked

  6. They have cameras at the Tolls, why not have a bill where security vehicles get immediate access then bill them later? It is simple. 😐 The Government Agencies should have the funds to cover that.

    1. @adofoi30 Red what are you talking about? I said they should have immediate access without paying. Toll authority can send a bill to the Jcf, Jdf or the jfd. There should be an Agency to reimburse the toll authority. I think it’s terrible that First responders gotta wait or pay a toll to save someone’s life.

  7. Here we go again people seems to forget that the Chinese are the Boss of those roads. That’s why the government is banana Republic.

  8. It’s so sad that an highway that will have accidents at any minute and any day and any emergency the only and most means of transportation to take accident victims to hospital have to stop and pay tolls..
    Jamaicans lives matter too.
Not only the Chinese packet books..
The government of Jamaica treated our law enforcement officers like second class citizens..
In any civilized countries if there is a toll road there is an emergency lane at the side of the toll booth for emergency vehicles..
    Sell out country..

  9. Wasn’t the fire department the other day wrecked a market with a fire drill, destroying people lively hood? But to save real life, the same department needs toll to attend to scene 😤

  10. This is outrageous! The Toll authority needs to be sued! Why didn’t the officers commandeer the toll booth.

  11. The fact that we are talking about it is ridiculous! Charge the Highway to develop and maintain their own highway police force regulated by the JCF. THAT SHOULD COST THEM A HEFTY penny.
