Flash floods hit SoCal, stranding cars and prompting evacuations | USA TODAY

California continues to experience bizarre winter weather, as a complex storm brings more blizzard conditions and heavy rainfall.

As parts of California brace for more blizzard conditions, some areas experienced heavy rain and flash flooding.

Cars were stranded in flood waters near Burbank airport, as well as other
places in Los Angeles County.
