    1. Probably a software upgrade which wasn’t completely compatible with the system, causing it to crash. They knew the time line to get it back, meaning they had to revert to the previous version of software and how long it takes to reload that previous software. This isn’t hacking or some conspiracy theories, but just plain old software that is only as smart as the last person who wrote it. Believe it or not this happens quite often and in many sectors of our computerized world.

    1. He had them turned over immediately after finding them.. VS hiding them, denying them, giving some up, denying again, giving some more up, denying again, being raided by FBI, and then saying oops I magically declassified everything with my MIND, but only after state enemies came and read them!
