    Government allocations, where is the accountability, paying out money without the work been properly done.
    All kinds of roads without proper drainage all over Jamaica.

    Terrible hindsight, flood areas were always flood areas. The lack of engineering foresight and long range mitigation planning requires a different oversight. These guys are a joke!

  12. I my days road was not done like now no payment was given until a supervisor a prove that the work was properly done people are being paid before they even start work thus wasting tax payers scarce resources pure foolishness going on in the country tired of it.
