Actually the Fox hard news which generally airs between Fox and Friends and their prime time talking posteriors is very fact based and accurate. The problem with hard Fox news is that it features the scandalous, the inane “good news” stories, and is presented to be comprehensible and appealing to the average nine year old. It’s just its opinion shows that are largely fact free.

Fox gets sued regularly. They win most suits because they attest in court that they are not a news station, but entertainment, and as such, should not be taken seriously or held accountable.
