Former top FBI official accused of trying to get Russian oligarch off sanctions list

Charles McGonigal, the former head of counterintelligence for the FBI's New York field office, was charged in two separate indictments for allegedly working with Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska, who was sanctioned for interfering in the 2016 US presidential election, after he retired. McGonigal entered a plea of not guilty via his attorney at an arraignment on charges in connection with violating US sanctions, conspiracy, and money laundering. 1. 💯❤Your generosity towards my herpes virus is incomparable, you assured me of getting healed just within 2 months and it was so. Thanks a lot Dr EFE Jude HERBAL HOME . I will keep letting the world know about your good work (Dr EFE jude HERBAL HOME ) YouTube channel

  1. ALL Corrupt cops, Federal agents, and Correctional officers should be placed in Military, instead of Federal Prison. Transfer all corrupt cops, who are currently serving time to Military prison. Move them out of the way. Don’t Commit Treasonous crimes. Make them get the experience. The only way, convict remain in State, or Federal prison? They must be a disable, otherwise? Transfer them to Military prison. Yes, this also applies to professional sportsman.

    1. Like disgraced former FBI agent Andy McCabe? The guy that CNN has on the air frequently as a paid analyst?

    2. @Billy Yank True. However the meaning is quite clear. You argue semantics in order to deflect from the topic at hand.

  2. To hell with that word, “Corruption”! Let’s call it what it really is & punish them accordingly, Medieval England style on Tower Greene! TREASON! 🤬

    1. @FlightRISC the Romans would crucified them true or through them in the
Roman Arena with Sharks lions tigers Bears
      Gators crocodiles ….
Sharks oh ? They had full naval battles in there too.
Oh course they didn’t have Xbox or PlayStation…jfyi.
      Talk about progress ,!!!

  3. Just follow they money 💵 💰 💰 and you will get them. Waiting to hear what trump will say about this 😂😂😂

  4. This is so disappointing, defacing the name of the FBI. They’re supposed to be a stop against corruption. My grandfather was a lawyer for the FBI and a good honest man, this would break his heart. 💔

    1. Well it sucks to tell this but the FBI are no longer for the people. Ask yourself why they aren’t going after all the government officials who are in league with human traffickers and Jeffrey Epstein

    2. @Mr Rey no, but I do believe that the majority of the people who work there are just trying to make the world a better place. The creep from the Subway commercials is probably not the only pervert who worked for them, but the Subway company is just trying to make a buck off selling franchises. The FBI is something that we need to fight corruption. It’s investigative, it’s in the name. I know that my grandfather felt his work made the U.S. a better, less corrupt place and was proud even as a low level lawyer that he was working to bust the corruption out of big organizations rather than wasting time trying to prosecute poor kids for stealing sandwiches. He felt he made a difference, the world a little bit better.

    3. @DontHaveAName maybe not in TV shows, but if you look into the corruption that has been stopped by them, you would be glad they’re around

    4. @lily boone and you believe they are fighting corruption with the “dossier”, “the laptop”?? They are creating the corruption and aiding it. I do believe there are good people their however, as a whole, the overall result of the FBI efforts is corrupted.

  5. Excellent. Catching people like this is taking the rot out of the country. Huge high five to the law enforcement that got this over the line.

    1. Democrats are always guilty of what they accuse Republicans of. ALWAYS
It’s called projection. Their tactics can be found in Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals.

    2. It’s a great irony. FBI illegally spied on parts of the Trump campaign after accusing him of colluding with Russia. That narrative is now dead and gone.

    3. Taking payments from foreign adversarial countries while working for the FBI is the dumbest and most stupidest things to do. DERP!

  6. Throw the book at him. This man is the definition of a dirty cop, who decided to jump into bed with the very criminals he was being paid to investigate.

    1. We just stopped talking about it. The spies, the sleeper agents, the nukes, mob, all of it.
We tried to pretend Russia, the core and soul of the USSR, would be different. Would be our friends.
That enough thoughts, prayers, economic relationships, and immigration would have any positive effect whatsoever on a culture that takes pride it’s taste for cruelty & treachery. We acted weak, they used it.
The only thing more dangerous than your Russian enemy is your Russian friend. They don’t evolve.
      I blame Rocky IV.

  7. Whatever you do, don’t investigate the rest of them. This guy was definitely the only one. No need to check up on he rest.
