Why is the sound getting cut off?
Some one in the room is texting, which screws up the audio, transcription and translation services.
Usually it is some 19 year old that has never attended a hearing before and does not believe the no cell phones (specifically calls, texting. posting to the internet) during the proceedings actually applies to them.
Itās done purposely. They donāt want you to hear all of the truth.
