Megan Carr, 13, first heard about 9/11 in the fourth-grade and discovered her grandmother responded to the attacks as an an officer with the NYPD .

    I hope Ms Carr does well in school. Her ENGLISH needs a little bit of improvement – hopefully she will read widely and learn.
