  1. Fingers are OK just so long as we don’t say anything offensive to our masters on YouTube. Got it…..

    1. Last I checked YouTube is a company one you sign an agreement to use and if you don’t like it that’s on you

  2. The fact that he was arrested and had to pay for legal counsel is ridiculous. He should countersue for damages. What a weak country Canada has become.

  3. The person who filled this court case and the person who called the cops should be charged for abuse of the legal system

    1. @TV because you don’t need a judge to tell you that giving the finger is free speach and the lawyer who filled should have known better and told the person it wasn’t legit

  4. The prosecutor should be charged with criminal harassment for filing these charges. What a joke this country has become.

  5. Ok, now imprison the person exploiting the legal system against someone for the middle finger.

  6. Finally a judge with guts and enough brain matter to throw this crap out of court. The crown attorney should be fired for proceeding with such a inappropriate stupid charge. What a total waste of time and justice system money.

  7. How in the hell does this case make it to court. The cops that arrested him should be in the dock.

  8. ….the world has become too sensitive. I’m waiting for looking at somebody wrong to be a criminal offence the way things are going……

  9. He should counter sue as the judge already concluded that accusers is in the wrong.
