The watches just listen to what you say so it can target more ads at you. Don’t buy anything from google, full stop
For that matter you shouldn’t buy anything from Apple or Samsung either. You might want to delete your Facebook and Twitter accounts too. Maybe even sign out of Youtube as well. By the way, Google gives the user the option of opting out.
