You must have flunked geography. Also, what a weak governor you are! Randy Miller it did come from Europe to the East. Quebec came from France. It may have started in China, but it spread to Europe, the here before proper mitigation started. Also the pandemic could have started anywhere. After all the Spanish Flu started in the USA.
