He’s able to sidestep COVID restrictions as a governor of a state. The Attorney General was fulfilling the governor’s job.
Not wanting to enforce the Law and not enforcing covid restrictions was the best thing he’s done.
You can’t break laws that don’t exist and you can’t be an authoritarian by following laws directly or indirectly agreed on by the general population. Both are liars, but its okay to say the governor is right on this topic. What were you thinking of when you typed this?

Bloom, 497 So. 2d 2 (Fla. 1986), the Florida Supreme Court recognized that the decision to charge and prosecute a defendant is completely discretionary and is vested in the hands of the prosecutor. Similarly, in Valdes v. State, 728 So. 2d 736 (Fla. 1999), the court concluded that “as the prosecuting officer, the state attorney has ‘complete discretion’ in the decision to charge and prosecute . . . .”

So you know how there are laws? Well when your job is to prosecute people for breaking those laws and you don’t do your job, you get suspended for ignoring your duty.

As a Tampa citizen, I’m proud of the prosecutor I voted for.
