Hilary Swank is a mommy of two! The actress and her husband, Philip Schneider, brought home two bundles of joy, Swank announced on Instagram Sunday.
"It wasn’t easy. But boy (and girl!) was it worth it," Swank, 48, captioned a photo of her cradling the twins as she looked off at the sunset. She added: "Happy Easter! Posting from pure Heaven."
