Steve Mlejnek Trump has Dunning-Kruger effect (a cognitive bias of illusory superiority and comes from the inability of people to recognize their lack of ability) and is out of touch with reality.
Trump hates and dislikes anyone who is better than him. The reason why he has spent his entire presidency fighting Obama and destroying people’s careers eg Col Vidman, James Comey etc. In fact he is twisted and vile to say the least. Otherwise, who in their right minds and being in such authority that is supposed to signify unity of the nation. Would behave and act like he does. He is a real waste of space and time.

Dictators are almost always incompetent. That’s why they become dictators. If they had to try to maintain power via a performance review, i.e. a free and fair election, they couldn’t, because they are incompetent. Combine incompetence with insecurity bordering on paranoia and narcissism bordering on megalomania, and what other choice occurs to you to avoid a complete emotional meltdown? Only dictatorship.
