blizzard??? this is a regular winter day in ottawa. we got dumped with 35cm and had the roads cleared in less than 24 hours. lol vancouver needs help
Ottawa has infrastructure and systems in place to deal with the snow. Vancouver is a coastal city where winters are mostly freezing rain and nothing bellow -5 so the city is not equipped to deal with “regular winter days” because they’re not the regular here.
What Blizzard? It was just regular snow. Vancouver canβt cope with snow, rain ok.
