    1. *1,800 Companies Left California In a Year – With Most Bound for Texas*
      Jan 2019 https://www.southstarcommunities.com/blog/companies-leave-california-bound-for-texas

*A record number of companies are leaving California for states with a better business climate, and a new report shows that Texas remains their No. 1 destination.*

The study estimates that 1,800 relocation or “disinvestment events” occurred in 2016, the most recent year available, setting a record yearly high going back to 2008. About 13,000 companies left the state during that nine-year period.
Of the 1,800 events, 299 of those departures landed in Texas. …

In the past three years, California companies – like Toyota Motor North America (NYSE: TM), Kubota Tractor Corporation, Charles Schwab Corp. (NYSE: SCHW) and Jamba Juice, among others – have announced corporate moves or regional hub launches in North Texas. …

“Departures are understandable when year after year CEOs nationwide surveyed by Chief Executive Magazine have declared California the worst state in which to do business,” said Vranich, a corporate relocation expert who jokes that he loves California’s weather, but not its business climate. Until recently, Spectrum and Vranich were based in Irvine, Calif. …

Hostility toward businesses, high utility and labor costs, punitive regulations and worrisome housing affordability for employees are among California’s other negatives, Vranich said. …

“Signs are that California politicians’ contempt for business will persist,” he said.

  1. Just a little reminder of why people like me cannot support republicans-

When comparing criminal indictments of those serving in the executive
branch of presidential administrations, it’s so lopsided as to be
ridiculous. Yet all I ever hear about is how supposedly “corrupt” the
Democrats are. So why don’t we break it down by president and the
    numbers?

Obama (D) – 8 yrs in office. Zero criminal indictments, zero
convictions and zero prison sentences. So the next time somebody
describes the Obama administration as “scandal free” they aren’t
speaking wishfully, they’re simply telling the truth.

    Bush, George W. (R) – 8 yrs in office. 16 criminal indictments. 16
    convictions. 9 prison sentences.

Clinton (D) – 8 yrs in office. 2 criminal indictments. One conviction.
One prison sentence. That’s right nearly 8 yrs of investigations. Tens
of millions spent and 30 yrs of claiming them the most corrupt ever
and there was exactly one person convicted of a crime.

Bush, George H. W. (R) – 4 yrs in office. One indictment. One
    conviction. One prison sentence.

    Reagan (R) – 8 yrs in office. 26 criminal indictments. 16 convictions.
    8 prison sentences.

Carter (D) – 4 yrs in office. One indictment. Zero convictions and
    zero prison sentences.

Ford (R) – 4 yrs in office. One indictment and one conviction. One
    prison sentence.

    Nixon (R) – 6 yrs in office. 76 criminal indictments. 55 convictions.
    15 prison sentences.

Johnson (D) – 5 yrs in office. Zero indictments. Zero convictions.
    Zero prison sentences.

So, let’s see where that leaves us. In the last 53 years, Democrats
have been in the Oval Office for 25 of those years, while Republicans
held it for 28. In their 25 yrs in office Democrats had a total of
three executive branch officials indicted with one conviction and one
prison sentence. That’s one whole executive branch official convicted
of a crime in two and a half decades of Democrat leadership.

In the 28 yrs that Republicans have held office over the last 53 yrs
they have had a total of (a drum roll would be more than appropriate),
120 criminal indictments of executive branch officials. 89 criminal
convictions and 34 prison sentences handed down. That’s more prison
sentences than years in office since 1968 for Republicans. If you want
to count articles of impeachment as indictments (they aren’t really
but we can count them as an action), both sides get one more. However,
Clinton wasn’t found guilty while Nixon resigned and was pardoned by
Ford (and a pardon carries with it a legal admission of guilt on the
part of the pardoned). So those only serve to make Republicans look
    even worse.

With everything going on with Trump and his people right now, it’s a
safe bet Republicans are gonna be padding their numbers a bit real
    soon.

So let’s just go over the numbers one more time, shall we? 120
indictments for Republicans. 89 convictions, and 34 prison sentences.
Those aren’t “feelings” or “alternate facts.” Those are simply the
stats by the numbers. Republicans are, and have been for my entire
lifetime, the most criminally corrupt party to hold the office of the
    presidency.

    1. Little Benji didn’t get the message that most far-right misanthropes try to hide their violent tendencies in the interest of labelling the left as the violent ones. Thanks for the new ammunition little Benji! 🤣

    3. @truth troll Hey this isn’t going away by cowering, we need to have solidarity. You spoke a massive truth it deserves to be applauded and defended.

  2. Don’t forget Trump posted a video of a guy screaming White power. People need to ask about this more.

    1. You’d think Trump would use his power to hurt the black community.. rather than help them and gain higher support from the group than Bush. Plus not get nominated for three Nobel peace prizes…

    3. Toward Treatise if he truly was racist he wouldn’t be helping the black community more and he would be pushing them down farther kind of like how the Dems do that. You’re a smart person. Too bad these liberals can’t accept truth.

    1. What the heck are u talking about. ANTIFA is an idea? It’s a physically powerful idea ain’t it?

    2. *Households headed by less-educated adults have seen significant income gains during U.S. recoveru*
      Sept 2019

*Household incomes in the United States have rebounded from their 2012 bottom in the wake of the Great Recession. And for the most part, the typical incomes of households headed by less-educated adults as well as more-educated adults have increased, according to newly released Census Bureau data.*

Among all households headed by those ages 25 and older, median household income (in 2018 dollars) increased 13% from 2012 ($57,100) to 2018 ($64,800). The incomes of households headed by adults with a ninth to 12th grade education – but short of a high school diploma – increased 14% during this span, likely the most of any education group. In contrast, the median income of households headed by adults with at least a bachelor’s degree rose by 8%.

While the median income of less-educated households has increased since 2012, it is still much lower than that of households headed by individuals with more education. And less-educated households are earning a smaller share of the nation’s total income.

In 2018, all households headed by those ages 25 and older generated $11.2 trillion in income. Households headed by adults without a bachelor’s degree earned $5.1 trillion, or 45% of the total. This compares with 50% of aggregate household income in 2012 and an even higher share – 63% – in 1991. (These aggregate income figures are based on a Census survey of households and are generally less than aggregate income as measured in the National Income and Product Accounts.)

Some of the waning economic clout of less-educated households is due to their dwindling numbers: In 2018, 63% of households were headed by adults without a bachelor’s degree, down from 67% in 2012 and 77% in 1991.

  3. I am grateful to Dr. Nelson for completely curing me of HEPATITIS B and DIABETES with his natural herbal medicine from local herbs. I came across most of his testimonials from patients who testified and shared his contact details on this blog site. I received my herbal medicine within 4 working days at my address via DHL service and with the doctor’s instructions I used the herbal medicine for 21 days and my result was confirmed negative. I recommend Doctor Nelson Salim to anyone suffering from conditions like high blood sugar, Herpes Virus, prostate cancer or enlargement, sexual problems, infertility, low sperm count, Lyme disease, etc. His email; drnelsonsalim10@gmail.com or via his WhatsApp number +212612145772.

    1. Oh ya, Biden gets the crowds don’t he. Trump sure doesn’t.. Silly goose. I love the Biden boat runs.

  4. 4:44 – 5:04 I would rather deal with the Overt racist than the Covert racist.
We know were the “Overt” stands. Now we can work SOLUTIONS. Biden has no solutions, because he’s Covert with his white supremacy.

  5. Germany’s Der Spiegel called it “A TV duel like a car accident”.

“Never had American politics sunk so low,” lamented Italy’s La Repubblica’s US correspondent.

Le Monde, the French newspaper that a “terrible storm”.

    1. @mymovetube is that why democrats dropped the russiagate case after making loud fools of themselves. And now tout unverified tax records that indicate no Russian connection even if they’re true?

  6. The Debate – Trump got hammered🔨, all by himself, and he didn’t need any help from Joe… BYE-DON 2020 💙

    1. Idk, a lot of people know Biden lied a lot, and even singlehandedly changed the position of his party… i expect a few could be mighty angry about it actually…

    2. @Toward Treatise I suspect some of it may have been a gaffe. Trump was screaming at him the whole time…

  8. *It’s a Middle-Class Boom*
    Oct 2019 https://www.realclearpolitics.com/articles/2019/10/15/its_a_middle-class_boom_141497.html

*How much of the monetary gains from the Trump economic speedup have gone to the middle class? If you ask Democratic senators and presidential candidates Elizabeth Warren, Kamala Harris and Bernie Sanders, the answer to that question is … almost none.*

” [Donald] Trump’s economy is great for billionaires, not for working people,” Sanders likes to say. Meanwhile, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi grouses that under the Trump agenda, “the rich get richer, and everyone else is stuck paying the bill.”

Uh-huh. That’s been the standard liberal riff for the last couple of years as they try to explain how a president who they said would create a second Great Depression has created boom times with the lowest inflation and unemployment in half a century.

But not a word of this is true, according to new Census Bureau data on the incomes of America’s middle class. This study by former Census Bureau researchers and now statisticians at Sentier Research has found gigantic income gains for the middle class under Trump. The median or average-income family has seen a gain of $5,003 since Trump came into office. Median family income is now (August 2019) $65,976, up from about $61,000 when he entered office (January 2017).

Under George W. Bush, the household income gains were a little over $400 in eight years, and under Barack Obama the gains were $1,043. That was in eight years for each. Under Trump, in less than three years, the extra income is about three times larger.

These gains under Trump are so large in such a short period of time that I asked the Sentier Research team to triple-check the numbers. Sure enough, on each occasion, the income swing was $5,000.

  9. America is

    23 in education.
    37 in healthcare.
    34 in raising family index.
    No high-speed train.
    Highest number of homeless people.
    Highest number of incarcerated people.
78% of people live paycheck to paycheck.

Stock market is not economy of Americans! Where 90% of money belongs to top 10% of the population, it’s wallet for the rich.

Let’s talk like adults, instead of name calling.

I have left the proof on my playlist, if you would like to check!

Let’s make our country better together….

  10. The irritating thing I perceived from the debate is this: how is it that the moderator, register as a partisan, gets to not only design the questions, but ask them, while also, commonly helping the partisan side he belongs to, answer them? No wonder President Trumps came out, like Bitt Hume said, a “Bucking Bronco”.

The entire debate platform was a biased mess from the start.
