Anyone who has spent five minutes with Biden knows his brain is melting and it wasn’t that great to start with. Today I watched some pre-announcement videos of Biden, about a year ago. He was far more lucid and coherent than he is here or in recent appearances (which have been laughably bad). His dementia is real, it’s progressing fast and he’ll be lucky to not need a full time chin wiper by November. Is this truly the best we can do?
