The title of this report should be “The Democrat the Republicans love”

Power-tripping, self-serving and un-American. The gears of lawmaking are meant to turn, not for the man of the hour to stop everything because he can

  3. We have a dino in our midst.😠

Is it me or did that second woman not at all answer the question Lawrence asked her?

  5. Great… West Virginians are stuck in 1975 in the time that we need people to be educated and up to speed on issues to literally save the democracy but they are “detached”… great,,, just great

    • Elaine Daprano | April 16, 2021 at 3:24 AM | Reply

They’re not “detached”. They just don’t trust anyone because no one ever does much for them.

    • @Elaine Daprano :
No one ever does much for them, because they exercise poor judgment when electing their representatives.

We dont need nor want your progressive garbage. All you Democrats talk about is progress. People dont want change. Things should be the way they were a century ago, not like this.

  6. manchin holding Americans politically hostage negotiating with inserectionists ain’t Democratic or American

Manchin is a GOP mole, McConnell’s lackey.

  8. Primary him if he doesn’t get in line!

    • larry taylor | April 16, 2021 at 5:16 AM | Reply

      That’s my feeling too.

    • That’s a recipe for losing the Senate. West Virginia voted 70% Trump, he’s the only freak who could win there as a Democrat, and like it or not he has fallen in line when most needed. If we don’t like Manchin, we need to win more seats in 2022. Volunteer. Knock on doors. Phone bank. Text bank. We need to expand our majority.

    • With who? An AOC type that will never win. Next election progressives might rethink creating losing slogans like “defund the police”.

    • Loraine Jones | April 16, 2021 at 10:31 AM | Reply

@Suomy Nona we are not voting in anymore elections, we will just protest and do other community things. Progressives don’t believe in electoral politics anymore.

    • @Loraine Jones Another genius move. Not voting and allowing Dictator Don back in office to finish off democracy. That will teach the “establishment” a lesson. Progressive don’t seem to realize they are screwing themselves by what they are doing. They are as dim as Donnie’s Q-holes.

  9. Joe Manchin is not a Democrat, he just plays one on TV.

Moochen should be trying to do everything he can to help those people in West Virginia or is he only looking out for his own coffers

I don’t understand it at all.. Coal is over, done with, gone.. Bidens infrastructure plan would train these people FOR FREE on Green Energy and make much more money.. I don’t get why he cannot see it for them..

      @ღSwnsasyღ _
He’s not concerned about poor, uneducated white constituency. He caters to the rich and wealthy.

@larry taylor Unfortunately you are right. To think, they could of had Ojeda who actually wanted to work for them! Bring them much needed health care yet as always, they voted AGAINST themselves..

@Liz Pedano I’m aware that your comment was sarcasm.
But, if I may, I need to answer literally.
I expect their a$$es to be thankful with all that they have, be comfortable in the fact that no matter what, they will stay comfortably rich…and do the right thing by allowing people to rise up, not vote to keep them down. It drives me crazy. When you have so much, why be so greedy that you lose your humanity?

We got played, until Democrats start going hard, Republicans will always find a way to defeat them!!!

  13. He brings it on himself cause he thinks the things that he votes against will some how help him when it comes to dealing with republicans

  14. Manchin is exactly what we don’t need at this point in our history… some one who believes in “nothing really”. We need public servants with convictions

    • Eh…if he was a strong ideologue, he wouldn’t have won in WV as a Democrat. He’s kind of wacky but he’s the reason Dems control the government right now. What we need is to win more seats in 2022!

    • jkrt he’s not the reason GEORGIA is the reason democrats control the senate

  15. Senator man-child

NOBODY can explain WV politics. It is a beautiful troubled area, and Appalachians are very insular. I have roots in Appalachia. I understand it ONLY because I’m related to some folks there.

    • WV is in transition into 20th century..ketchup

    • IWest Virginians don’t have nuthin; so nobody else should have nuthin’ either. Jesus will smite them for their selfishness.

    • Humpty Dumpty Brian Stelter | April 16, 2021 at 10:38 PM | Reply

@petal pink That is exactly what we want to take this Country back to. We dont need mor want your progressive garbage. You Democrats intertwine with evolution and we dont need that.

  17. I’ve always said Manchin is a Republican!

is it good to be out of touch? being happy about being behind… hahaha

  19. I swear Manchin is getting paid behind closed doors 🚪 this is not hard to see!!!

  20. West Virginia: everyone is out of work. Then …. they should be 100% for a big infrastructure plan and everything that Joe Biden wants to do
