  1. I will support Jagmeet if he gives the federal public service workers and the Cf a 13.5% pay increase.

  2. Im not saying that these workers don’t deserve a pay increase or not. However, ill say our medical care deserves more urgent care and change. There are not enough doctors in hospitals, why are we waiting 9 to 12 hrs to see a doctor in emergency care. Shortage of family doctors etc.

    1. Healthcare is largely a provincial jurisdiction. Our health care system has undeniably mismanaged, but the federal government can work on more than one problem at a time. If workers are not getting a fair contract, they are right to fight for it collectively.

    1. @leadnsteel how did you move to the states. Born canadian citizens are not eligible to immigrate to usa unless you get sponsored by a prospective employer. Serious question because i want to renounce my citizenship and flee. I do not want my children to have to grow up here and suffer.

    2. You can’t regulate cost of living. You have to ensure our money is sound and that the government doesn’t over tax and over regulate.

    1. Yes, we need to eject all politicians to fight for the working class. We only want posturing politicians that talk of patriotism and do nothing like Pollieve.

    2. We need to eject all politicians like Jagmeet who fight for the working class. We only want posturing politicians that talk of patriotism and do nothing like Pollieve.

    3. @Johnny Goodman how have the NDP or Liberals helped the working class in the last 8 years? Go ahead, I’ll wait

  3. They need to be trampled, have their cars impounded, bank accounts frozen and jailed indefinitely for making too much noise!!!

    1. would be funny if he actually bought it at a goodwill for $5… That is something I can support..

  4. I wish the brightest, most hardworking and honest minds comprised our leadership. System is broken and this nitwit ain’t cuttin’ it. Pierre needs the chance. If he fails, we revolt. And how our current weasel of a PM isn’t penniless and in jail is disgusting.

  5. They were not there for Canadians. They were at home chilling and productivity dropped 50 percent. Now they need to return to the office
A fair contract is that they receive pay benefits and pension equity with the private sector for equivalent work
Furthermore it’s time that the government enacted legislation that outlaws strikes for any company or agency that has a monopoly on service
After the strike is over the finance department needs to automate their labour and outsource Roll back their employee numbers to precovid
Canadian taxpayers have had enough of whiny federal employees who are paid far better than the private sector and have fully indexed pensions. No one wants to pay more taxes to compensate these under performing public sector employees

  6. Jagmeet hasn’t ever had an original thought. He goes along with whatever is the flavour of the day. Canadians deserve a leader. Justin can’t spell it and Jagmeet doesn’t understand what the word means.

  7. This is a campaign event for Jagmeet. His primary objective with this appearance is to try to convince public sector employees to vote NDP not Liberal.
He could care less about their plight or grievances, he’s a shameless salesman,
he’s an upper class rich kid with delusions of being a working class hero.
